We had a great stay! First of all and most importantly, it was CLEAN! There were many nice touches - like keenex in every room and a big bowl of assorted mints. There were many fluffy, large towels. There was a ceiling fan over every bed.
The kitchen is important to me in a rental. There were lots of dishes and silverware and pots and pans. However almost oll the pots and pans were non-stick. There were a few regular ones. The owners were very responsive when there was no cutting board. I cooked for some hungry college students and had a fairly easy time. There were paper towels, spices, dishwasher detergent.
The location was good. It was close to the University, but it was quiet. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close.
Things to be aware of - the fridge and freezer are fairly small with the ice maker taking up about 1/3 of the freezer space. It is fine for a short visit, but you may miss a regular size fridge if you stay for months. There was a distinct lack of hangers - 2 wire hangers per closet. I borrowed some from my college son, and we were fine. There are child locks on the cupboards. Great if you need them but honestly slightly irritating if you do not. Not a big deal.
The shower is slippery when you use soap or shampoo. Nothing to hang onto in the shower either.
Things are honestly a little flimsy - like opening and shutting the blinds and louvre doors on the washer. We hope to stay again when we are in town.
