This beautiful lakefront property is located just outside the town of Norwood on gorgeous Lake Tillery and beside Piney Point Golf Course. This amazing property is a perfect fit for a couple looking to get away or two families looking for a fun and fulfilling vacation. Outside is a beautiful spacious lawn that will allow everyone to run and play a variety of outdoor games. By the edge of the lawn is our dock fitted with Adirondack chairs, a swing, and water trampoline. Closer to the house is a sheltered sitting area as well as a five person hot tub/spa that is enjoyable for all times of the year. You will notice that our tritoon boat is in dock and while we do not rent this out to guests there is the possibility of boating excursions offered by the owner. Rates will vary depending upon request but we will gladly take guests for something as simple as an enjoyable boat ride to water tubing.
Inside is a cozy and large sitting area near the smart TV on the wall. We have spectrum cable for legacy TV and the ability to log on to your favorite apps. Besides the comfy couches is a fun interchangeable ping pong/pool table for excitement and competition. For dining we have a spacious kitchen area for those who enjoy to cook as well as two sitting areas to accommodate large and small groups.
For sleeping we have two large bedrooms with king size beds, the main bathroom is connected to a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and the secondary bedroom is beside a bathroom with walk in shower also. Above the secondary bedroom is a loft with one bunk bed, three double beds and one futon to accommodate those parties with more people.
Lastly, our lake house is close to many dining venues as well as outdoor attractions. For golfers Piney Point Golf Course is just down the street from the location and this course is open to the public. A few miles away are restaurants in Norwood, Mt. Gilead and Albemarle. If you enjoy a beautiful view while sipping local wine, Stony Mountain Vineyards is open to the public with gorgeous views of Lake Tillery and the Uwharrie Mountains. Speaking of mountains we are about a twenty minute ride from the Uwharrie Mountains as well as Morrow Mountain where people enjoy to fish, hike and trail ride with horses and four wheel drive vehicles.
