Pretty good place, there were some loud people there when I went but its a 30 second walk from the beach and the people couldn't be heard inside the room. Everything was clean, staff was nice, easy parking. The furniture inside the room looks like it's vintage but it functions. The back patio has a nice visual of a pond or inlet or something. Would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend staying at this room. We had to go through 3 different rooms just to be “comfortable” as all hotels were booked. We booked this room a week prior. The TVs were not working, sofas were VERY dirty, AC/Heating did not work, plumbing did not work. I tried to get refund and all they provided me was $28 out of $432 spent because they had no notes. We went up to the office 4 different times complaining. There are kids running all over the place at 8:00am as they are an apartment as well now. Seems to me as they gave the good rooms to the section 8 tenants. The room size is great but quality and cleanliness was HORRENDOUS. I’ve been to many hotels and never had this experience. Please do not waste your money here.

The staff here are wonderful, Check-in agent named Sunil is always so very nice to me, tries to give me my favorite room, Check-out agent named Celia is a sweet person and her husband always helps me with my luggage because he knows i'm disabled. As a traveling musician, this is the only place that I stay in the bay area.

Rooms very outdated, carpets were filthy, wouldn’t use the stove or anything in the kitchen, the beds where old and lumpy, had a musty smell , did have big closets and was spacious, no ice on property, rooms do not look like they do online, the breakfast was yogurt, toast, cereal and a danish. Staff was nice

We booked the hotel partly for the pool as I am travelling with two young children who loves the water. At no point were there any mention that the pool was closed, so we figured it out the hard way. Also, the carpet in the room were filthy. We tried to keep the kitchen and bathroom area a clean zone and then wear shoes whenever walking on the carpet. Apart from the above mentioned it was alright. Quiet and felt safe.

The place is older but with your own personal balcony over the water the view was beautiful. What was not okay was that they advertised having a gym and did not and when the tv didn’t work they wouldn’t switch it out, they said we could switch rooms but it was past 9:30 and we were otherwise settled in for the night and the pool was not open. Breakfast was very basic.
