There is a 150 hold that they process and takes 5-7 business day to refund. I stayed one night and the nights fee was less than $100 and they processed the card when I arrived - rooms were good and the place was clean.

The hotel is new so it is nice and clean. They had cute fall decor throughout the lobby which was a nice surprise. The room was bigger than expected with a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The only negative which was a disappointment is that there is no ice on the premises. No ice machine and no ice in the freezers. The front desk confirmed they do not carry ice at the hotel.

The front desk staff was incribly rude, not to mention that completely lost. They locked one of our employees out of their room claiming it was somebody else's room. SHe could not get back in to get her back until midnight. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Management will not contact me. In room washing machine exploded soaking my gear, ruining a peice of equipment. Got stuffed into a smaller room, no care or compensation for the inconvenience. Supposed to fill out a damage claim for equipment. Has not. Terrible customer service.

Certainly! Here's a revised version of your message that includes a professional request for a credit due to the inconvenience: Upon my arrival, I was approached by another guest who had already checked in. She asked if I had hot water in my room. I informed her that I had just arrived. Shortly after settling in, I discovered that there was insufficient hot water available to accommodate guests. Unfortunately, this issue persisted throughout my entire stay. I stayed in a handicap-accessible efficiency unit. The shower was not properly designed for drainage, causing water to flow out of the stall and onto the bathroom floor. In addition to taking cold showers, I had to continuously wipe up the excess water to prevent slipping and maintain cleanliness. Given the discomfort and inconvenience caused by the lack of hot water and the poorly designed shower, I respectfully request a credit or partial refund for the cost of my stay. I believe this would be a fair resolution considering the circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
