Travelocity portrayed this property to be luxorious & high end & it was neither. It was ok on the cleanliness, but the staff seemed super overwhelmed. We had to ask several times for towels. Our view was great! And having access to the beach was awesome. But I was expecting a much bigger pool w/a swim up bar & that's definitely not what I got.

This is a great place to stay especially with children. There are many activities both indoors and out. Even though it rained there were still many things to keep my kids occupied. They particularly loved the ice skating and arcade.

If ur barely there you will like it

Musty smell, stain on sheet, first room had no air was 75 in my room so had to be moved, mattress very uncomfortable.

Every other time I’ve stayed here this place has been stellar, but wasn’t quite the case this year. Room had an off smell and view of absolutely nothing, there was a used fake nail right on the floor when you walked in, and food left in the shower. Just not the condition I remember staying in any of the times I’ve been there previously, but maybe we were just placed in a lesser wing this time. Parking stayed overly full and we had to walk a bit back from finding a spot down the road. But as always the check-in staff were delightful, and the amenities in the atrium were nice and clean at least.

I loved the view. The only thing that made me put 4 stars is the lack of free breakfast and they were partially taped off with yellow construction tape during my time there. Other than that I loved it and i will be returning.

Overall pretty good stay. Only bad thing was the ac wasn’t working so our first night wasn’t the greatest. Second night they gave us a portable ac unit and was a lot better. A bunch of things to do at the hotel itself Which was fun and convenient. We wish things were open a little later then 10pm such as the arcade and ice skating.

Good, but with issues

The only two things we had a problem with is the beds weren’t very comfortable and we woke up sore every morning, and the second issue was the room was hot and there was no AC. At one point it was 79 degrees in our room. We called the front desk about it, but they said they only have the hotels AC turned on during peak summer time. The stay was good otherwise but those issues were definitely an issue

I honestly didn’t like it. I asked for a top floor but she wouldn't give us a top floor and when We got the room there was something blocking our view. So got moved to another room which honestly ameeled so bad like it hadnt been checked into for a while. I dont think it was worth the money. The bed wasnt confortable. It really smelled like it was locked for the whole year

Ok, but not home

The rooms are nice, but dated; carpeting needs replacement. The mattress on the bed I used was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I am still having back pain a week later.

The beds were uncomfortable. The options for food were okay but not breakfast. You have to pay $22 for a continental breakfast that most hotels include for free.
