We loved the amenities. the indoor pool, ice skating rink, restaurants, café, and game rooms were great. Fun, well maintained, the staff was friendly. The room was in disrepair. The curtains were broken, tile were cracked, counter was peeling, bathroom baseboards were stapled to the wall and the staples were rusty....There was also a thudding music that shook our room from 7am to 11pm from the hotel speakers at the entrance.

This hotel was Very nice for our stay. We had a Very nice room. Food is good. Restaurant and Bistro Indoor pool was warm and relaxing. if it's hot out don't use it. It will be too hot and it does look like salt water. Fun skating area. Grand kids couldn't get enough of it. They have skate mates if you need something to lean on to skate. Staff was Great when we checked in. Outside area very nice with the grass and palm trees. They have fire pit tables but we didn't get to use them. Rained a few days we were there. I would stay there again. Some say they had a bad experience. That happens anywhere. Our daughters room was damp and they switched it next to ours and was good to go! We got lucky! Cause it was Fun! :) Best wishes!

We loved the fact that it was on the beach, had a pool and had an ice skating rink-so fun! The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We did the sandcastle on the beach contest snd won! Great list of family activities! Great place!

We are very happy with all of conveniences here except the bistro. Expensive and not a variety of breakfast available. All pre made food.

We brought our grandkids for their birthdays, and they really enjoyed the skating and pool! Staff was friendly and courteous, we will definitely be back for another stay! 🌞
