The experience was fantastic from the moment we checked-in. The front desk associates, friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant team was very friendly and the food was great. We arrived when they were getting ready to close and they treat us in such a way, that make us feel special. They listened to us, managed food allergies, make us laugh and make sure we enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, beds comfy, and the view breathtaking. Service was fantastic. This visit was done during low season, so we have all the amenities for us. I know we will go back!

Stayed Thurs-Sun to attend Ocean’s Calling with my daughter. We absolutely loved this hotel. Left the slider open at night and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Fabulous staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just an all around amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back next September!

The hotel itself was in good condition. I had no trouble finding parking. Desk staff and hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was comfortable. Restaurant is changing chefs and menus, and it shows, but nothing was bad. The real standout was housekeeping. Even on days when I did not leave my room until lunchtime, I got full housekeeping every day. I did not have to ask for anything. It was wonderful by any standard. In the post-Covid world, it was an absolute miracle.

Bathroom tub/shower needs replaced. Very difficult for seniors to get in-out. Curtain full of holes....door and screen to patio filthy. Key to door did not work on 3rd day. Maintenace had to replace door batteries. Couch/pillows worn. Kids pool empty, under repair-cleaning.

Hotel & views were amazing! Def would stay again. BUT if you are arriving later in the evening or later at night, it is very hard to find parking at the hotel. We almost did not have any parking until they found us a spot due to the limited number of spaces. If you are not a fan of walking, then this might not be for you. To the other end area of the boardwalk it was about a 45 minutes walk, but for my party it was a nice walk with incredible views! Overall the price, cleanliness and service was amazing. I would give the hotel 5 stars if it was not for the parking issue. Already planning to go back next year and this hotel will be the place I book!

Wonderful view, clean and well stocked room. The living room was nice addition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short by 2 nights and no refund was given. It would have been nice to at least receive a credit for future stay.
