This apartment was clean. The complex if you will is a lot of community meaning it seems like the whole building VRBO renters. A lot of the outdoor amenities were "community" so one day items were available and other days they were not. The only other thing is the view. You can see a a few slivers of the ocean, but I wouldn't really consider this a ocean view. With that said, we had a great time and for the location and price, we'd stay here again.
