G25-Surfside Cottage comfortably sleeps 6. The primary bedroom is a haven of tranquility with a Top quality Cooltek Hybrid mattress with memory foam California King bed, ceiling fan, contemporary furnishings, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and soothing ocean views. The second bedroom is just as inviting and offers a versatile queen and twin bed arrangement, each with quality serta mattresses. This bedroom also features custom built-in cabinetry, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and tropical garden views, Additional sleeping space is provided by a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

The cottage has two elegantly appointed bathrooms. The Primary bath features a sleek vanity and a spacious walk-in shower, while the second bath offers a combination shower and tub, both designed to provide a spa-like experience after a day of beachside fun or local exploration.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
