Welcome to your coastal retreat at 925 South Pacific St., Oceanside! This oceanfront studio is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, designed for a memorable stay. Step inside to find a cozy, fully-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The open-plan living area features a comfortable full-sized bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.

The studio boasts a modern full bathroom with all necessary amenities, including a hair dryer and fresh linens provided. Enjoy the serene ocean views from your private deck, complete with a BBQ grill for those perfect al fresco dinners. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

NO BEACH ACCESS FROM THE YARD AT THE PROPERTY. ALSO NOTE, THIS PROPERTY DOES REQUIRE STEPS DOWN TO ACCESS ENTRANCE.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Our place was like a hotel room with a kitchenette. Had everything we needed. Loved the privacy of the Sandy grounds. The picture was old and showed a fence, but that's been replaced by a 12ft rock wall. You can climb down the rocks to the beach at low tide, otherwise access via steps is just down the block. Great views and sounds of the waves all day and night! Daytime shopping and nightlife is just a mile walk. Perfect location away from the bustle, but close if you want that.

The private beach area was dirty and we we spent our first day cleaning itvand the porch area outside of our unit. The table has a brojen leg, the grill assigned to our unit didn't work. We were given two towels for two people for seven days..Not a value worrh using again.

Perfect Beach Getaway for 2!

Cozy studio, with enough space for two people. Nicely remodeled. Everything works properly, was clean and new, and felt fresh. The views and backyard sand made the lack of a beach much more bearable than if we had to walk a mile just to feel the sand.

This is such a perfect place. AC worked great kitchen was cute and tidy. Bed was comfy. The outdoor area was perfect. We had our own sandy beach. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the pillows were brand new and were not broken in yet. But I hope to Return one day. Thank you so much

We had a lovely time. The sound of the ocean can be heard all day and night as the beach is just a few feet away. I just wish they had told us the beach access had collapsed and was blocked off and not at all accessible due to severe rock and cement destruction from erosion and storms. You will have to walk down the street a few blocks to access the beach. Otherwise, if you don't mind not having direct access to the beach, it's perfect for you. May pose a problem for little dogs and small children if you are not constantly watching them near the fenced off area as it has gaps near the bottom of the fences making it possible for small dogs and children to fall into.

Listing Not Accurate

There was horrible storm damage and caution tape blocking the beach view, which was the only reason we picked this unit. The pictures online do not show this and it is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The concrete is broken and it is dangerous. They should fix this before renting out the unit anymore. For the cost of this unit I was extremely disappointed.
