Northcoast village is in between the harbor and the pier. The complex is on the beach no
crosswalks or streets to cross just walk out of the complex on to the beach. You are 10 min complex has no central ac I do have many fans and 2 portable coolers for each room.

Northcoast Village 999 N. Pacific Ave. Oceanside, CA in San Diego county
This unit is E100 completely remodeled in 2008. Granite counters in kitchen & bath, 50 in plasma Smart TV in family room and separate tv in master bedroom FREE HBO Channels, and, wood floors, beautiful ocean views and pool view, boogie boards, skin boards, towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys, leather sofa which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Table with 4 chairs, refrig with water & ice maker microwave, stove & oven.

The complex does not have or allowed central ac I do have 2 portable coolers and many fans and ceiling fans with an ocean breeze for summer. Cold nights beautiful fireplace and 2 wall heaters.

All the pictures in the listing are accurate. Nice view of the ocean from the Balcony. The place was comfortable and the host was so accommodating and provided great communication. Side note, about 30 feet outside the front door is a large outdoor patio with a large round table and chairs (community use). We enjoyed the sunset while sharing a meal that we made in the unit. So much more relaxing than staying in a hotel room and having to run out and get food. Short walk to the beach/ocean/waterfront walk. and the pool and hot tub are right below. Parking was simple and close. We will be staying here again. Thank you!

Host is very reponsive and accomodating, truly offering a first class stay. We really love North Coast Village. The location by beach and harbor is excellant. The pool is outstanding. The grounds are kept very clean and beautiful and seurity is terrific. This condo has updated kitchen and very nice leather couchs. The bed is VERY comfortable. Host offers beach chairs and towels to borrow. Great stay!

Wonderful location

Fabulous ocean view condo!

We stayed for 5 nights and there was so much to do nearby within walking distance. Ride share taxis were easy if we wanted to go farther and avoid driving. Bed is very comfy and unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Very nice condo with sight of ocean on balcony. Good size for 2 people. Fireplace cozy on cool nights. Kitchen is well equipped. Condo has easy access to elevator, parking garage and pool/courtyard areas

Condo was very clean. The bed and other furniture were very comfortable. The host Danielle was easy to deal with as we had to change our dates from the original reservation. She responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again

Oceanside is laid back

Summer vacation

My family stayed at this condo for a week & it was wonderful! Danielle is very responsive. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. There is a pull out sofa bed & an ottoman that folds out into a twin bed. Plenty of room for my teenage boys to sleep. The bedroom has a king size adjustable bed. There are a lot of things to take to the beach including 4 chairs, blanket, 2 umbrellas, toys, paddle ball, & towels. There is a great view of the ocean from the balcony & it also overlooks the pool. The unit is conveniently located right off the stairwell, parking garage, laundry room & trash chute. We have stayed at this complex multiple times & I would stay in this unit again. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great unit in a perfect location!

Unit was very nice! Updated and clean. Fold out couch and beds are perfect for kids or teenagers. Property manager is awesome! Responds very quickly and took great care of us. Nice view of the pool and beach. Highly recommend!
