I couldn't sleep all night. The wind was making noise because the metal parts of the windows were rattling. The pool and room were dirty. The night staff at the reception desk were rude.

Awesome!

The hotel staff were so friendly. The view was amazing, and the balcony is a game changer!! The pool was perfect. It is just so relaxing and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

The property is so beautiful. Kept neat and clean. Sparkling pool. My only complaint is that my room was not that great. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bad carpet needed to be replaced. The bathtub needed to be reglazed. Other than that it was really quiet and beautiful and that’s what I went for.

Found BEDBUGS and eggs in my suitcase, and got bit several times on my legs and arms. When I called the hotel to report the issue, the person on the phone was very rude and hung up on me, and I have not been able to get back in touch with them despite trying several times

Nice location. It's really difficult to call a suite "premiere" when it doesn't have air conditioning. Also a $20 parking fee???? We did not spend the night. We checked in, checked out the home, and found a different hotel. I'm really surprised that Expedia "promotes" this type of business.
