Enjoy lots of sunshine as this home is just far enough inland to avoid the coastal marine layer which is common during certain months of the year.

LIVING AREAS

The well-appointed formal Living Room features a plush sectional sofa and armchair, providing ample seating beneath high ceilings.

The Family Room features another sectional sofa and armchair. Curl up by the wood burning fireplace or watch a movie on the 48” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Show off your cooking skills in the well equipped kitchen outfitted with all-white appliances, including a gas range. A kitchen island provides plenty of space for preparing meals as well as seating for four.

Enjoy morning coffee at the 8 person table in the breakfast nook. When dinner is ready step into the beautiful formal dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home includes five bedrooms that sleep 10 total. Three full baths are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

Retreat to the luxurious master bedroom which features a plush king size bed. Catch favorite shows on the 40” TV or settle in with a good book on the love seat. The bathroom boasts a double vanity and large soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 32” TV. Bedroom is located downstairs which is perfect for guests who may have trouble with stairs. A second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom offers a twin bed with a twin-size trundle. Plenty popular Disney tapes are located in the hutch along with a VCR player for the little ones to enjoy. A third bathroom has a double vanity and a walk in tub/shower combination.

A queen bed furnishes the fourth bedroom, while a full-size bed outfit the fifth bedroom.

After a fun-filled day of adventures in sunny Southern California, step out to the backyard and enjoy a crisp beverage in the seating area or soak in the sun on a pair of chaise loungers. Spend a day at Legoland (20 minutes), the San Diego Zoo, Historic Balboa Park or venture North (75 minutes) to Disneyland. Your rental is also just an hour from San Diego Airport and John Wayne Airport in Orange County.

Upon arrival, easily access your vacation with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned, sanitized and ready for you to enjoy. No back to back rentals are allowed so we can assure proper cleaning practices for your safety and peace of mind. You can expect all comforts of a fine hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels and linens.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have one security camera In the front yard.
It is facing towards the street with a view of the bottom half of the driveway, sidewalk and street.
Strictly enforced: No more than 10 overnight guests + 2 children allowed. Daytime guests are limited to 10 between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm. Failure to follow these rules will lead to cancellation of your booking and or an additional $50 per night per guest. Thank you for your cooperation regarding the guest policy.
