Beautiful surroundings.
Clean and organized.
No sink or oven .
Hot tub not identified and no outside lights made it dark and difficulty in night access .
Only a shower .wanted a bubble bath and extremely loud upstairs Tennant. Stomping and loud, difficulty sleeping.
I would stay again but recommend take earbuds or earplugs .
After I booked the property, they texted me and said they had maintenance scheduled for the last day of our stay, so they couldnât accommodate us. We had to book a hotel for our last day. The description of the apartment was inaccurate-it is a basement, not an apartment. It also says there is a kitchen. There is a closet with a small refrigerator and a microwave-no kitchen. It was clean and in a safe area.
I have had endless problems and right now Iâm in tears because the heater does not work. I call the number and someone answers but they do not say anything. Itâs dark cold and 8:30 at night. Iâve been driving for 6 hours and I am in tears. Someone was parked my my spot. Then, thereâs no light going up the dark stairs. Then the code doesnât work to get me into door. Right now Iâm freezing and I think they stopped saying hello on phone after answering the telephone bc itâs been one problem after next! Donât stay here! Thereâs is no one to help!
First off, regarding Expedia. Expedia went above and beyond to address our concerns and refund our money for this trip. So as far as Expedia goes they get 5 stars
Now, for the property itself-
This property was advertised as a fully furnished apartment with kitchen, pictures even show a kitchen. 2 days before our arrival , mind you after the cancellation window we were assigned to the âlower apartmentâ which does not have a kitchen.
The only access to this property is walking down a pitch black sidewalk and the. Down about a 20â trail on slick rocks to the doorway.
Once inside we noticed that there was no thermostat to control the heat and I would estimate the inside temp was approx 60 degrees, which outside temps at 30 and snowing. They have one very small electric heater that we were able to use in one room. The thermostat control is in the upstairs apartment and you will not have access to it.
When we addressed our concerns with Blake and his team we were told that they would refund $86 on a $390.00 reservation.
I would never stay or recommend staying in this unit again. Nor will I ever book a property that uses Explorent as a manager.
