At this spacious townhome youâll have your own private pool and yard in Fairholme Gardens, Oistin Bay, southwest Barbados. Lots of space outside by the pool and a patio to enjoy, this place will absolutely be a highlight of your family vacation! Plus youâre less than a 5-min walk to the beach!

- A beautiful living area with a tropical vibe, white and turquoise beachy furnishings, TV & ceiling fans.
- A separate dining area between the living room and kitchen with a great dining table to comfortably seat 6 for a comfy sit-down meal at home.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with everything youâd need to prepare healthy meals at home and enjoy the dining area or outside on the covered patio.
- Speaking of the covered patio area, it has a circular outdoor dining table for 6 with a ceiling fan and lovely view of the pool and backyard. Perfect for dining or enjoying cocktails al fresco by the pool!
- The backyard and garden area is divine! Youâll have a big pool and loungers all to yourself to enjoy a day off from sightseeing and the beach, and just dip in and out of the pool!

The Barbados International Airport is located 8.7 km | 5.4 miles away from the rental property, ideally located between Oistins Bay Fish Market and St. Lawrence Gap, two cultural and entertainment epicenters in the Oistins, Barbados area -- on the southwest coast. It takes about 15 minutes by car. We highly suggest renting a car to truly enjoy the sights and attractions of this beautiful island.
As for getting to and from the airport, if you do not rent a car, you can easily and affordably use public transportation from the airport to destinations on the island. There is a public bus (cheapest option) for about $2-$3 USD. The nearest bus stop is less than a 5-min walk from the property! Or you can hire a taxi (~$55-$65), or a private vehicle transport for about ~$70-$85.

This 2-story townhome has a spacious outdoor space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests. Must climb stairs to reach the bedrooms, all located on the 2nd floor.
In the event you need to quarantine according to the local laws please note this unit is NOT registered as a quarantine accommodation. You will need to make your own arrangements with a quarantine-approved hotel (which is usually a one-night stay) and then come to stay with us when cleared. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
Wi-Fi, TV w/ cable, bed linens, beach and bath towels are provided free during your stay. And plenty of lap-top friendly workspaces in the home for any remote work needs.
There is no daily housekeeping service but should you require a mid-stay cleaning one can be arranged at an additional charge directly with the Property Manager.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note we do supply some home essentials complimentary upon arrival like toilet paper, some dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, youâll need to purchase more.
Electricity fees: for long term-stays only (+30 nights) $0.50 USD per KWH.
Please be sure to always turn the AC off when out of the room or not at home to help conserve energy.
*There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will greet you at the property to check in so please coordinate your arrival time within 24 hours to set the meet up time theyâll meet you at the house. If youâre arriving after 5 pm, then you can self check in by accessing the keys in the lockbox. The access code will be provided to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
