Three bedroom, 2 bath, 1st-floor condo with deck and out door seating. 75 yards to beach. 1,300 sq. ft. The Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. Large living room. Washer & dryer. TV , DVD/Blu-ray. A/C. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, bathroom with shower off this bedroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2nd bathroom with tub & shower. WiFi internet service and cable TV provided. Deck at the entryway and patio table on the larger section. The maximum number of persons allowed in this unit is 10 (including infants & children). 2 reserved parking spaces for this unit.

Very beautiful home. The open floor plan is a plus since we had a large group. The kitchen had a stove, microwave, dishwasher, abundant counter space. The home also had dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, toaster oven.The bedrooms were nice sized. They also had plenty of towels/ wash clothes.There was a washer and dryer. Nice size front porch with a large table and chairs. We had two parking spots. You could see the ocean from your front porch. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Nice property very close to beach, between OOB and Ocean Park!!! Owner responded quickly to questions when messaged. Nice appliances and 2 bathrooms with showers. There was air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the main kitchen/dining room area but not in the two smaller bedrooms. They did have tower fans in those two rooms.however. I tried to open the window in those rooms in the evening but the trash cans were outside right below the windows prohibiting that. We had the lower level unit and unfortunately there were 11 people staying above us ( which included 6 kids). The kids were still running around between 10 -11PM each night. A group of college guys would have been more welcome upstairs that week. Overall it was a great place and we had a nice vacation!

Great location and value

The property was nice and less than ten minute walk to the pier and 2 minutes with the beach wagon down to the sand. There was a wi-fi issue initially. Whenever using the microwave we tripped the breaker and there was a light we could never turn off. So barring the electrical issues, and the missed pull up diaper ( thankfully not soiled) behind a mattress and the wall. The place was as advertised and worth checking out.

Old orchard beach vacation

Very nice condo situated very close to beach with plenty of room for my family and I! We were in close proximity to stores and the pier in downtown old orchard beach! Beds were comfortable and living area was spacious! Definitely recommend staying in this condo, thank you 😊

Great Place

The house was great. The dinning room, living room, and kitchen are all open which is great for a family. There was an outdoor screen porch and a porch with table for outdoor dinning. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The location is great literally a block from the beach. Ryan was great and very prompt with communications. Linens and towels provided which is also huge for OOB. Overall a great stay.

My stay

I did not rent this property. On the way up to Maine, 10 minutes after I headed out, I got a call saying that the rental had been promised to the owners friend, but he forgot to block the week off!! Luckily, they had a nicer place that I could have at the same price an they would pick up the difference. The new place was great. Quiet, clean, close to the beach etc. Probably will not rent from that owner again.

Great summer rental

This was a great place to stay for our week at the beach. Location is perfect and the owners are very nice, very responsive. We will absolutely stay again and our friends that had a different rental want to stay here for their next trip too.

Near the beach.

This property is in a great location to the beach. Parking is great. The unit has plenty of space with three bedrooms although certain furnishings could use upgrading or replacing. We would rent again.

Vacation Rental

Great location and good space! Property issues, leak in the kitchen. Not clean at all, including dirty sheets. Property manager was going to refund cleaning fee, but no longer hearing from him. Possibly will yet.

Hope to be back

Great property at an excellent location. The beach was just a minute’s walk away (with lifeguards). Plenty of space and amenities like the washer and dryer. Easy access to downtown OOB. Would absolutely stay here again!
