The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful. I booked through third party and accidentally picked Sunday instead of Monday for my reservation. There is nothing they can do. I was charged for one night I didn’t stay there and had to book the room I thought was reserved when I got there. They found my reservation for Sunday through Expedia, but I have no emails from Expedia and all other emails are from Travelocity. The hotel was wonderful, the booking, not so much as I can’t find a way to sort this out.

Very large king bedroom, very clean with modrrn details. Wish they gad an outdoor pool, but understand it is upstate NY.
