The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Additionally, Santee citizens are also very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere we went people greeted us and were happy to provide information. Hotel staff came up instantly when our TV wasn't working correctly. We loved the carts available to drag our bags and stuff up to our room. We stayed 4 noghts over July 4th. Housekeeping was very busy but also cheerful and helpful. Glad we picked this hotel for our qick getaway!

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The only complaint is the tile floor in our room was pretty dirty. Feet were gray for walking on it. Same with the baby’s feet.
