Beautiful villa in popular Indian Creek

Welcome to this fabulous four bedroom, three bathroom home, located in the very popular Indian Creek Community off Formosa Gardens ... close to shops, all the new restaurants on Highway 192 and only 15 minutes from Disney.

The gentle colors of the tasteful decor make the spaces warm and welcome. The quality of the furniture and fittings are right out of the top drawer. Brand new kitchen appliances, 65" "Smart" TV in the living room, flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, tile floors, leather furniture and large comfortable beds, everything you could need for your pleasure and enjoyment. Outside, the pool and spa are completely enclosed providing a very private area for bathing and sunning, and have recently been extended, with new furniture. The pool & spa can be heated, for an additional fee detailed below. Sun or shade, your choice......all day long! There's even a pool table to pass the time during the occasional summer shower!

Outside, the pool and spa are completely enclosed providing a very private area for bathing and sunning. This villa is a great home base for creating wonderful memories of your family's visit to Mickey and his friends.

This truly lovely home is a pleasure to offer to our guests; they are always pleasantly impressed and often re-book before they depart. The villa is regularly improved and updated reflecting the pride and enjoyment the owners derive from their property.

Indian Creek has great proximity to all the shops and restaurants that are all about plus it is only 15 minutes from Disney itself. The area is ideal for strolling around, getting a little exercise, or just taking it easy between visits to the Parks.

If you've had enough of sunning and splashing in the pool, check out Margaritaville Resort & Sunset Walk that are just 1 mile away, with superb entertainment, dining & shopping, Movie theatre and the fantastic "H2O Live" water park. If a game of golf is on your mind, Orange Lakes Country Club, Mystic Dunes and Celebration are all just a stone's throw away.

It is also close to I4 which runs from coast to coast, so a day trip to the beach, to Daytona East or Tampa West is a simple drive away. Likewise, Busch Gardens or Kennedy Space Center.

We arrived and access was just as said. We decided not to use security alarm while there for fear of forgetting to disarm. Pool was cozy warm and the boys loved it regardless of 50 degree weather. Fantastic property in a great location, it has all the facilities you need to spend time a lot of time at the Villa or if you wanted to go out it is close to the 192 and Sunset Walk if you wanted to go out for a few drinks and food.Also very close to the parks no trouble getting there and a day out in Clearwater of Coco Beach was very easy given the close proximity of I4.Excellent communication from the hosts, answered all our questions and the check in directions were very simple.Not not hesitate staying here again or recommending.

Highly Recommended Property

Highly recommended property. Great location (approx. 12-15 min drive to Disney Parks). Walmart located approx. 5 mins drive away. Property was exactly as described / shown in pictures. Very clean, plenty of amenities. Had no issues staying at the property. Communication with Daniel (Property Manager) was great. Answered any questions we had prior to our trip, no matter how trivial - always with promptness. Provided all the info we needed for an easy check-in experience. Would definitely rent this property again.

The kids enjoyed the pool very much It was nice having the two and suites and the extra bathroom. As a family, we enjoyed the pool area, the most plenty of loungers. The backyard looked very beautiful and we enjoyed the hummingbirds and Cardinals back there.

Great Place to Venture all over, or stay In

I had a great week with my two adult children their finances, and a toddler. The villa had was clean, had comfortable beds, had a great location for access to the parks and anything off I4, and everything we needed. We spent the week here as out home base, shared a lot of meals, and enjoyed the Spa almost every night. Lots of walking and activities in the area, and close to all the Stores. Definitely would book again.

The stay here was lovely. The location of the property is such a short drive to WDW, 10 mins to Hollywood Studios! Universal only half hr up the road. Excellent restaurants and shops a very short drive or a long ish walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks staying at this villa on Indian Creek, the location is excellent for all theme parks and is close to everything you could need in the evenings also. Plenty of space for our family of 8, including 6 adults. The privacy of the pool area was especially good and the whole family enjoyed using it. Overall the villa was perfect for our needs and the communication with the owner when booking/pre arrival made everything easy. Would definitely stay again on any future visits!

Wonderful Home away from home

We loved staying at this villa. We’ve been coming to Florida for 10 years and this was one of the best. It had everything we needed & was so close to Disney parks. We loved the Spa - so relaxing after the parks, shopping etc We’ll hopefully be back :)

The property is ideal for a large family holiday. We are a family of 7 and it suited us perfectly. We would have given it 5 stars, but felt the pool area was a little tired and needed a lick of paint and brightening up. The main house was fine, and the kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Overall, a nice villa, a pleasant owner, and we had a lovely holiday.

Fabulous time, fabulous place

We had a great time in Florida and the house was fantastic. The pool and extra large patio area was a great refuge from the heat. House is located close to every convenience you need, and close to all the fun Orlando offers. Highly recommend staying here and would gladly come back anytime!
