The location was absolutely amazing for families. Everything is within close proximity. The amenities at the property are wonderful for a family as well. Was easy to keep the kids busy on our “down days”. Facilities and accommodations are older, but very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend for families visiting the area.

This was a perfect place to stay! It had two bedrooms and full bathrooms so our kids could have their own space. The two beds in their room were full size, so they were really comfortable after busy days at the parks. Our room had a really comfortable king. Both rooms had plenty of storage space. Everything in the villa is updated and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The resort amenities (water park/pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit area) were really fun, and the resort communicated events and menu specials every day via text. The owner is very quick to answer questions, and the maintenance staff onsite is very attentive as well. It is super convenient to all Disney properties including Disney Springs, and it’s an easy drive to Universal. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe, and has many conveniences and shopping. The only negative would be that there is not a working dryer (at this time). There is a washing machine though. We would definitely definitely stay here again!!!
