Rental Policies
‱ Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
‱ Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
‱ The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation

Cockroaches in the kitchen, dining area and living room along broken games in so called "game room".

Nice house if you don’t my sharing your kitchen, dining area and living room with German cockroaches! Called and spoke with a customer service agent the night we checked to let them know that the air hockey table doesn’t actually work because someone had ripped out the electrical cord and that the foosball table had 2 broken arms, also making it and the game room useless to us. Was told that someone would come out and address the issues within the next 24hours
never heard from anyone. Tried to call back that night about the cockroaches but it was after hours so I left a detailed message with a call back number. The next day after returning from the parks we found that none of the issues had been addressed! Called again the next morning but was only able to leave a message and call back number. By the third night we started naming the cockroaches
was able to speak with someone the following day and was assured that they would send out someone ASAP and then contact me when completed. Sure enough a man showed up within an hour and without knocking or identifying himself he just started spraying the outside of the house. Due to a language barrier we were not able to get him inside to spray the immediate problem areas so we left for the parks hoping that a different person, perhaps with different chemicals would be back to spray the inside. We are not sure what happened because no one ever called as promised. Then, you guessed it
we again returned from the parks to find our cockroaches running around safe and sound. By this time we had given up all hope that anything was going to be done to address the issues yet I called once again and left a message along with a call back number

Dissapointing property

We looked for many houses in Orlando for our family trip and we chose this one basically because of the open space in the pool. We were thinking about barbecues while enjoying the pool after we’d returned from the parks. However, when we got there, the pool was Green (dirty). Someone came to clean it up and it changed color but the sand at the bottom remained. It also had plastics and broken inflatable toys all thrown around the pool, and don’t get me started on the fact that the cushions from the long chairs around the pool were scattered in the floor as if no one bothered to clean anything before our arrival. Under the patio furniture, we found used mosquito coils on the floor. The worst part was the safety fence dividing the table and the pool. We don’t have small children, and we wouldn’t have chosen this house if we had seen that fence on the pictures. Because of it, there was way too little space on the table side, so that when it rained all the drops bounced on the cushions (wetting everything) and even on the glass door. Basically, when it rained (which is almost always in Florida right now) we couldn’t go outside. To top it all, the grill didn’t even work. We suspect someone tried to cook with charcoal in a gas grill. It was broken and was unsafe to operate. We had to clean out all the ashes. Seeing this, we mostly used the kitchen to cook. The microwave never worked, the oven does not heat evenly, there weren’t enough pots or utensils to cook with, the skillets were way too small, the only big pot there was didn’t even have a lid, there was a big lid but no pot or skillet to use it with. You would think that for a place housing 12 people, it would have enough cutlery. No such luck. Some lights (inside and outside) didn’t work and were only replaced after we’d asked for it. But not really care to check all just a few. The house is big and spacious, but it’s quite obvious that no one’s ever lived in it (or, apparently, the owner has never set foot in it). The closets are big but with way too little hangers, the sheets in the master bedroom are in a very poor state, the furniture, in general, is very scratched, dirty and stained, the nightstand lamps didn’t work (and it wasn’t a light bulb problem, more like a switch problem). There are so many maintenance issues in this property, even in the bathrooms, that we believe it should not be rented unless it goes through a complete assessment.

Excellent Property

This house is amazing! It looked as good, if not better than the photos. There were 11 of us in total (including 3 3-4 year olds) and we were all very pleased. The wifi wasn't working the evening we checked in but that was fixed by the next day. My only complaint was that the master bedroom door didn't lock but otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the house and would definitely stay in this exact place again. A few issues from other previous reviews I had read had been rectified so it was good to see that voices are being heard and improvements are being made (specifically- more wines glasses and ample pots/pans etc.)
