Our family had a wonderful time at YOLO House. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our group. The pool area was amazing and we spent a lot of time lounging out there. Sam was great to deal with and was always quick with responses to our questions and needs during our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

This is a beautiful property located in a nice resort setting. The house amenities were great - pool, tiki bar, spa, pool table, 2 outdoor TVs, and ping pong. Resort has a large pool area, hot tub, sand vollyball, pickelball/tennis, and basketball courts. Lots of room inside and outside this house to spread out. Had one small issue, owner responded immediately and it was corrected. Home is a very short drive to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Highly consider this property in the Orlando area.

Friends and Family

Perfect stay for our 3 families ranging from kids 10 to 18yrs. The pool area is one of kind in this area. If you like sitting outdoors in evenings with lights, pool, hot tub, couch and TV if place is perfect. All bathrooms are renovated and games room is perfect. Kids spent a lot of time at the pool house Our friends also rented house next door so it was just a perfect vacation. We will be back.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Overall the YOLO house was a nice home to enjoy a Thanksgiving holiday. The pool area was impressive with the tiki bar and lots of seating options. Unfortunately there were a couple downsides including an unkept patio (needed some power washing) and the motion lights were frustrating to deal with. Overall would recommend staying at the YOLO house.

The house was perfect for our stay. Upon arrival everything was clean and in perfect working order. Property Manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very easy to get around and visit the various parks. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting this area.

Really Fun House Lots of Extras

Loved our stay, pool and spa heat included and lots of extra coffee filters, dish pods tissues etc. Things that made the stay easier. The upstairs was pristine and looked like it had just been updated. Showers also very modern! The hurricane had just came through so the back was dirtier than I'm sure it usually is. We had a great time. The clubhouse water was freezing cold but the slides did look fun. The main floor could use a few updates to match the very lux top floor and the back patio could use a little attention but for the cost of it I have no regrets. Very nice!!

We have stayed in Windsor Hills before, but this house was the BEST we have stayed in. The home was clean, open, and an ideal set-up. The main floor set-up was perfect for spending time together. Each room was beautifully decorated and not over crowded with furniture.

Perfect for a family 13

The house was exactly all we had expected from the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 13 and the outdoor setup with the pool and the tiki bar was icing on the cake. My 6 years old autistic son absolutely loved the pool. Sam was very responsive to any questions we had. We also ran into the property manager during our stay and he was very nice and welcoming. Perfect location conveniently located to all the Disney parks and all of your other entertainment needs from shopping to dining. This will definitely be our go to the next time we’re in Florida.

May 2024, 2 weeks Family stay

Just came back from 2 weeks at YOLO with 6 adults and 4 kids. Fantastic villa, pool and outside area, better than all others we seen on Windsor Hills (And there is a lot of good villas) Decorated to a good standard and so easy to settle in on arrival. Host Sam was brilliant, replied to any queries before and during our stay. Inside was loads of space and modern, kitchen fully equipped. Can’t get much better for location, 10mins from parks and 2mins from large Walmart, shops, places to eat, McDonalds etc. Games room fantastic for everyone. A lot of villas in Orlando look great on photos but do not resemble reality but YOLO House does. Huge washing machine made life easier and plenty of beach towels provided for pool area. Nobody will be disappointed staying here, highly recommend.
