Loved the room but their AC does not work and was told it’s old building so they blast the heater through central pump and there’s no way for individual rooms to change it to their liking. New Hotel Otani Osaka was an absolutely great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. They were very accommodating and the room cleaning personal were too kind and helpful as well. Overall we really loved our stay at this hotel for 8days. Would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends visiting Osaka.

We had a very pleasant stay in Hotel New Otani Osaka for five nights. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, and the location is close to the subways.

Overall hotel is good, service excellent and location is convenient with the convenience store and train station nearby. The only complain I have is the air condition is not consistently cold, even if I put the temperature to the lowest, this caused some sleep issues for me.
