Good quiet location
It was amazing however the location can be quite dark at times when walking to the place from shin immiya station though it is very near.

surprisingly good. Better than I expected.
After having made the booking I thought I had made a terrible mistake and tried to cancel it. I could not, but..... This is a great place to stay. We arrived into Japan at about 4:00 pm. Caught the train from the airport and it stopped maybe 5 minutes walk from the room. The instructions to the building and getting in were good. Very helpful,and useful. Just had to follow them step by step. The room was a bit stuffy, needed some open windows or door, but was very clean. Small maybe by western standards, but had everything we needed. The ONLY complaint I had was the pocket WiFi would not charge. It was already a bit charged and that was very helpful. We wandered out for diner (with the WiFi and a tablet), and there was this "laneway", maybe 1km long and covered with heaps of small bars selling food. We had a very good meal. Our "bar" was standard size, and had room for about 8 people. Cozy and friendly. Could have stayed all night. We slept well, although the train noise was initially interfering - bu not a problem. The accommodation was good, and we hope to stay there again the night before we fly out. Clean, convenient, cheap, comfortable.

ok place in worst neighbourhood
Stayed 3 nights. Realized when I got there it's in the worst neighbourhood in Osaka. "Worst", meaning; homelessness, prostitution, poor-living conditions. The people are nice though - you just get a little depressed when you return to your apartment. The hotel was amazingly clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was great. But, you'll be next to the train station - that wakes you up in the early morning. It's an ok place to stay though! If you just need a place to sleep, then it really works out just fine. I can recommend it just for that.

Not a hotel, it's a building with a floor of rooms
This place was easy to find if you follow the picture directions on the email given to you. Don't follow a sat Nav or google maps as it is totally nowhere near the given address. We spent well over an hour looking for this place, though I was with someone that was geographically challenged at the time. This inside was ok, the kitchen items were still a bit dirty and the curtin tail had come off the wall but the sheets felt clean and other than being a tiny space it was ok. I'd say it's in the dodgy part of town

Horrible stay, not worth for booking as room is freezing during December period with weak AC heater & worse is shower with no hot water supply. I only stay for one night with shivering experience & moved out next day. Only good thing is room is clean & WIFI is good. This private service apartment good for summer travel & stay, not for winter time.

Brutal night
The hotel does not keep their promise and agreement to book. My family stayed here eight nights without sleep, personal the full amount of the stay, no WiFi, notified the hotel staff did not acknowledge responsibility for the problem partially. Without a blanket and wifi officials have let us hasten to add warmth to the heater. We have to be very tough until the end of the book.

Everything good except communication with the staff. i tried to contact the agent/owner to extend my stay, they didn't respond. Despite a bunch of (automated email i guest) emails from them saying i should contact them if i have anything.

The apartment was as described in the picture. it is close to the JR station so it is quite convenient if you have the JR pass. The neighborhood by cons is not good especially during the night and in addition they charge you almost the price of one night just for the room cleaning!
