Located above the massive complex of the Osaka train station, this hotel is an easy place to explore Osaka from. Older people in our party liked that they could rest then take the elevator to a huge number of restaurant choices. The rest of us hopped on the subway to go exploring. Recommend for a mixed age group

We stayed at the Granvia in Kyoto this year and in 2024. Kyoto hotel is AMAZING. Thought this hotel in Ozaka would be the same. Not at all. The rooms need to be remodeled they are old, not a clean impression. The carpet is dirty, the curtains, the bathroom fits only one person at a time. Very old. Will not recommend this hotel. This hotel needs a definite remodel.

The hotel is huge and the services are great. Our room specifically was old fashioned and very far from the elevator. The plus side was that the bed was a single large bed and not two adjoined beds.
