All of the above and an excellent location to food, shopping and entertainment. Room was cleaned daily with great amenities. Request to room next to family was granted. Friendly and professional staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Located in a busy area of Umeda/Osaka area. Train stations walking distance. Abundance of shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly but seemed understaff and overwhelmed. Hard to get a staff’s attention to answer questions. Onsite coin laundry.

The hotel feels newer. Clean. The room was VERY tiny. Not enough laundry facilities. The hotel is next to the train station which makes it super crowded, constantly. There is shopping and dining very close.

The hotel has a good location near the subway and other options. Limousine bus has a direct drop off/pick up at the hotel. Everything appeared very clean, and the staff were good and attentive. Self check in and check out. Didn't interact with anybody during those processes. But we did talk to staff at other times and all was good. Very small room, and not enough storage in the room, but it was otherwise functional and comfortable. Air conditioner turned itself off and not turning back on unless you hit the button for various reasons; not sure about all why in some cases. Included breakfast was good and they did open up the dining room up to 10 minutes early which was helpful on our last day when we had a train to catch.

Love the location, very convenient for shopping, dining and transport. Great amenities (lifts, lobby, coffee/tea station) and liked the coin laundry status shown on the TV. I will definitely book this hotel again when I am in Osaka!

The first night we arrived, we noticed black mold on our vent. We informed the front desk about it who was unable to provide us with another room because they were fully booked. A gentleman came in and tried to clean off the mold with just water. Obvious it didn't do the job so we had to sleep in a room with a vent blowing mold in our faces. They next day they switched us to a room that was smaller. Around the baseboard, there was some black residue that resembled mold or coffee stains again. The bathroom smelled like mold. We tried to contact management for a partial refund or credit as black mold is a health risk and my husband has been coughing since. Unfortunately they were unable to anything. Despite looking esthetically nice in a good shopping area, the mold really ruined the experience for us.

Hotel is conveniently located between multiple subway and train station and connects to several shopping centres. Rooms were cleaned daily. The only issue is the size of the rooms. As a family of 4, we found the space really tight, also there are no dresser with drawers. That being said, we would come back again for another stay as location is a winner

The property here was great. Response and service amazing. Any questions always resolved with utmost respect and response. They do there best to guide you even with language barrier and would find a translator if there is such a conversation they had no understanding of.
