도심속 료칸같은 분위기가 너무 좋았고, 깨끗하고 스태프분들도 친절하시고 정말 행복한 경험이었습니다. free coffee가 있어서 오며가며 한잔씩 마실 수 있는 점도 너무 좋았습니다. 대욕장도 작지만 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 하루의 피로를 풀기 좋았고 방에서 양말만 신고 다닐 수 있는 점도 편리하고 좋았습니다. 도톤보리 지역 호텔 찾으시는 분들께 강추합니다.

Amazing location! Views for days, located at the Kobe port and close to city loop bus. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the bus station which is nice. Restaurant, shopping and harbour front close by. The room was huge for Japanese standards but a little dated.

I would not recommend this property. The room was very very dirty and the entire hotel gives off dirty vibes. (E.g. dust and crumbs everywhere, the tapestries hanging over each doorway are filthy from people touching them to enter and exit). The room itself had lots of dust and hair everywhere. I understand they don’t do daily housekeeping but they don’t clean thoroughly between guests, either. I was also disappointed with the hot spring situation. I saw something online saying tattoos were okay with stickers. I asked the woman at the front desk about this and she provided me stickers to cover up but then proceeded to hand me a brochure that said tattoos are NOT allowed in the public bath even with stickers. The mixed messages were confusing and I ended up not trying to utilize the bath because of it. So essentially wasted $600. The location is very convenient and within walking distance of Dotonburi and they have free ramen noodles. Polite staff. But for the price I’m not sure if it was worth it.

Great location. Onsen is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
