Situated on Lawrence Lake this location speaks to many with opportunities to enjoy fishing/swimming with a connection to Roosevelt Lake for hours of boating, navigate the extensive ATV/snowmobile trail system conveniently linked to the property, hike/bike/snowshoe/ski on local trails, golf at the many golf courses in the lakes area, or treat yourself to a day of shopping and great food at the local shops and eateries. Looking to simply escape your busy life?!? Then maybe the serene screened in porch or cozy fireplace and a cup of freshly brewed coffee, or a bonfire and storytelling would be your idea of a relaxing stay. The possibilities are endless at this welcoming cabin getaway with all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay stress free!

Living room: Couch and Loveseat located in open concept kitchen-living room. Smart TV available for use. Stocked with a variety of puzzles, board games and cards/dice.

Kitchen: open concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances including: fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, bake wear, utensils, and Keurig with starter supply of k-cups,/creamer/sugar, standard coffee maker also available. We stock a variety of electric appliances including electric skillet, mixer, crock pot, waffle maker, etc.

Bathroom 1: 3/4 bath with shower, toilet and vanity. Bath towels, washcloths and hand towels provided.

Bathroom 2: 1/2 bath with toilet along with full sized washer and dryer and starter supply of laundry detergent.

Rec Room: heated/air conditioned attached garage space with 2nd living room includes: Queen-sized Murphy Bed, garage fridge, bench height countertop, fireplace, couch and recliner with smart TV. You will find several options for outdoor yard games (snowshoes during the winter), fish cleaning table as well as campfire toasting sticks stocked in this room.

Screened porch: situated along the lakeside, enjoy the peace of the woods with a cup of coffee in the morning or watch the sunset over the lake while comfortably seated out of the elements.

Lake: the cabin is located on Lawrence Lake. Lawrence lake is a 230 acre lake with a maximum depth of 71 feet with opportunity for water recreation and fishing alike! It is connected to Roosevelt Lake (1510 acres) via a navigable channel for most fishing boats and smaller pontoons. Roosevelt offers miles of boating opportunities with a lakeside bar & grill and community dock system. Our favorite… what is better than an evening boat ride to listen to live music, get a bite to eat or every better… enjoy an ice cream cone?!?

We have a natural shoreline at the cabin that offers great opportunities to catch glimpses of wildlife, but does not provide for a sandy beach. Please use the dock onsite to tie up your boat or use the water toys provided. We also have a boat lift on the dock that would accommodate most fishing boats under 17ft.

Fire pits: 2 fire pits are located on the nearly 2 acre property. One is conveniently located right outside the cabin doors with the 2nd pit located near the waters edge. Plastic Adirondack chairs are onsite for use. A starter stash of firewood is also provided with your stay.

Grill: we offer a pellet grill for use during your stay and stock the hopper full of pellets for your convenience.

Water recreation: 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and 2 kayaks are stocked in the boat shed by the lake for use during your stay with a variety of life jackets as well.
Parking: the nearly 2-acre lot with a 2nd driveway provides ample off-street, flat parking for your vehicles, trailers and toys.

*Disclosure: there are two external security cameras in use on the property that monitor the 2 driveways/entrances.

Great place to stay! Host is great! We went trail riding on SXS and had plenty of parking. Trail is literally right down the road. The living room/kitchen area made for everybody to enjoy time together. When staying here all you need to bring is clothes and food. Anything you can think of is provided. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an excellent stay — exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. The cabin was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything from extra blankets to a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was simple (clear instructions and an easy keypad), and our host was responsive and friendly without being intrusive. The beds were comfortable and the living area felt cozy — perfect for evenings playing games and watching the sunset. The property is quiet, safe, and within easy driving distance of several great hiking trails. Parking was ample and the Wi-Fi worked fine for streaming. If you’re looking for a relaxing break with reliable comforts and a gracious host, this place is a great choice — we’ll definitely come back.

Week of relaxing

The property was everything I expected and then some! It was wonderful and relaxing and had everything we needed. We had a great week of playing in the water, playing all the games that were provided and spending quality time together taking a break from everyday life. One of the best places I’ve rented for our yearly get away!
We live 5 hours from family, the cabin was close enough in between that we got to see our nieces and sister in law for a bit while we stayed.

Perfect lakeside stay

This cabin was perfect for our family of adults plus 1 child. Each couple had their own room which helped with privacy, but all of the common areas were so perfect for us to all gather and hang out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking our meals. We loved that there were two fridges available. The host was incredible with communication and answered all of our questions. We loved the cabin so much that we already booked it again for a stay this fall. We can’t wait to come back for years to come!

We had a wonderful week stay! The location was perfect. We could head out of the driveway to the atv trails or walk to the dock to go fishing. The dock was also a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets. The home was clean, and well supplied to meet our families needs. There was plenty of space for the entire family to interact and separate rooms for privacy. The host was very informative and was always available to answer our questions.

Amazing Week!

We had an amazing week in Outing! There were 6 adults and a dog and plenty of space to be together or find alone time. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Great amenities outside - dock was safe and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Lots of games available for indoors and out. Nice area for a bonfire. Mosquitos were almost non-existent - we only noticed them at dusk. The screen porch was our favorite place to begin the day with coffee. Jessi was quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to enjoy this beautiful property!

Rejuvenating family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for our family of three couples plus dogs. We enjoyed time on the water with kayaks and paddle boards. There were plenty of games and puzzles. The house has great spaces to gather with family and also have a quiet time to read a book. We were surprised by the lack of bugs on the property and found it very enjoyable to sit outside. Don’t leave the property without bug spray as they are fierce! Thanks for welcoming us, being responsive to our needs and questions. This is a great home!

Weekend getaway

We did a quick weekend getaway. The cabin was perfect.The layout was great, everything you need was provided. We especially enjoyed the dock with the paddle boards and kayaks. Everything was clean, comfortable and communication was great. Definitely recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time away! We relaxed, used the fire, kayaks, paddle boards, a rental pontoon with some water sports added in. Quiet space in the morning with the separation of rooms since sone were later sleepers than others. Jessica stayed in touch throughout the stay. Olds pontoon rental staff were great as well! Great stay. We would definitely return!

The Perfect Getaway!

This was our first time using Vrbo and boy oh boy did this place set the bar very high!! The location is relaxing, peaceful and absolutely beautiful! You can tell that they have put a lot of thought into being hosts and making sure their guests have a comfortable and convenient visit. Everything within the cabin is neatly arranged and well thought out in regards to keeping everything accessible and in an obvious spot! Our family is already planning our next trip here and we just got home 4 days ago 😉

Wonderful Property

We spent 3 days riding SxS on the area trails. The cabin was clean and had plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. The cabin had all the amenities we needed. We liked having a second fridge, the firepit and all the games. We hope to be back!

Well Organized and Beautuful

We rented this for 4 nights as a place to stay during an ATV weekend. The parking situation was great with three trucks and trailers. The trails are a block or two away. The house was gorgeous! It is so nicely decorated and mechanically sound. You may laugh, but we have had some with inoperable ammenities. The owners did a great job of thinking through practically every need. Grill, marshmallow skewers, firewood, even extra toiletries if needed. Our stay was amazing! We LOVED- this place. We may book again next season for the same reason! Otherwise we move around to various trails. This was honestly such a beautiful place!!

Great property

We had a great trip, the owner has obviously taken great care to get details right, from 2 fire pits, a long leash for a dog, etc the care for this property is evident. There's also tons of stuff to do, kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards, tons of board games, foosball, and grill. Highly recommend.
