The room was clean, but it definitely needs updating. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a restful sleep. A big downside was the TV situation: they weren't smart TVs, so we couldn't log into Netflix or Disney+ for a late-night movie with the kids. Even the antenna didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch regular channels either.

Love the kitchen in the room, very spacious living area for the 2 bedrooms suite. Quick access to a good size pool and hot tub. It was nice to have a few of the attractions included in the package. The private beach is amazing, very clean and 2 choices of onsite place to get a snack of a meal. Walkable to all attractions in the village and amenities in the village

Genuine review

I really want to leave a genuine review. First, the staff at the front desk are very friendly. However, one person (a man with yellow hair, not very tall, and with good English pronunciation) was unfriendly and ignored me, saying that what I requested was not available from the start. Second, the other facilities were very clean and nice. Especially the bedding was clean. However, the bathroom had a strong odor and was filled with mold. The mold smell was already very strong upon arrival. Additionally, after reviewing my check-in feedback, they contacted me at midnight to offer to change my room. I received the call while sleeping. I did not change rooms because it was midnight. However, all other facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were courteous in other areas.

Great stay, pool is problematic

Property was amazing. Asked for early check in for our anniversary and they were able to accommodate. Super clean and the staff was great. Only bad thing was the absurd amount of babies and toddlers in the hot tub up until 11pm. There should either be adult swim time or rules with a minimum age as I don’t think babies with diapers should be allowed in a hot tub, it’s not safe due to age, and is not respectful of others who want to use the area.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room looked spacious in the pictures, but in reality, it was extremely small and cramped. It was also outdated and not clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the fridge had a bad smell. The photos were misleading—definitely not what I expected. Would not recommend.
