The Toilet had lost its seal and giving odour in the bathroom when we first entered the toilet and the first time we used it the toilet got plugged. I called reception and he gave me a plunger to unclog the block myself. I asked for maintenance team and was told not available until Tuesday. Requested for a change of room and was told all rooms were booked. So I spent the night unclogging the block myself. Then I had to ask for toiletries to get them and frankly after all this when I saw the towel kept folded inside the toilet I was like.. yeah no thanks. I will use my own towel.

We went during peak season. The room is clean but the room had a weird smell which was coming from the AC. Very below average experience for the expensive price.

My two criticisms are that the toilet paper is really crappy and that the shower heads are very small other then that all was good
