It was a lovely hotel. The air conditioning was lovely in the heatwave. Breakfast was good. Disappointed no evening meals available, but were a couple of restaurants within a quarter of a mile. Interesting to learn about the historic monastery adjacent to the hotel. reception provided some useful information to read about it.

Hampton or Premier?

Clean comfortable room perfect for an easy stay. Free parking and free breakfast (surprisingly good) made it a good choice compared to nearby Premier Inn.

The hotel was nice and clean, with friendly staff and breakfast included. It is near a bus stop that takes you to the town centre within half an hour. It is also near an entertainment complex (Vue cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Frankie and Benny's, etc). The triple room was nice with the standard amenities you'd expect (no fridge though). However, the bathroom door wouldn't close fully and there was a loose/creaking floor tile in the bathroom which we reported but wasn't sorted out during our stay.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were super helpful; I had a bouquet of flowers I didnt know what to do with, they supplied a vase for me. Everything was in good condition and in full working order. Breakfast had a lot of options and was a hit with the children, especially the waffle station to make fresh, hot waffles! Staff were happy to replenish anything that had run out in the breakfast buffet. Location was a little far out of Oxford, but there were plenty of public transport options if you wanted to leave your car at the hotel.

We stayed for 1 night in June.Check-in was quick and efficient. I was travelling with a person with mobility issues and they were very accommodating, giving extra check-out time. Beds were very comfortable, it was nice having the air-conditioning as it was a warm day/night. Room and bathroom were clean. Just the little hole on sink side was not. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was very limited amount of fruit and the only eggs on offer were scrambled. Additionally it was not very hot. However the coffee was good.

Located slightly out of the way from Oxford but make it up with friendly service crew that make it a pleasant stay. No issue about parking and it’s complimentary from the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread that gets us start the day.
