The apartment is located in prime location with it being just a short walk into the centre of Oxford yet is surrounded by nature in the form of Port Meadow whilst also being a stones throw away from an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes.

As you carry on down the corridor on your next left is the master bedroom which boasts a beautifully appointed en-suite shower room and a tastefully decorated bedroom. The second bedroom will be found just after the master bedroom, with a double bed and built-in wardrobe space. As you carry on further into the apartment you will enter the kitchen/living area with a large open plan, high gloss kitchen looking over the lounge and dining area, with dual aspect French doors leading onto the balcony, which is perfect for enjoying a cold drink whilst basking in the summer sun reminiscing on the days earlier activities exploring the historic town of Oxford. The house in total sleeps up to 6 individuals.

There is a balcony which is enclosed and safe for children under adult supervision. The balcony sits a dining table and chairs for Al fresco dining.

There is gated underground parking at the property which has an allocated parking space for on vehicle. Public car parks are nearby if an additional car is needed. There is also free on street parking available at specific times throughout the day.
