I love the Hyatt Place construction and way everything is organized. Had a great stay and service was great. But unfortunately the construction around it makes it difficult to go out to the surroundings. There are good dinning options but difficult to walk to.

The breakfast and breakfast area was terrible. The food was not good. Have to ask for plates, fruit, yogurt, etc. It was only one person in the breakfast area. But also the floors and the tables were dirty. The rest of the hotel was very good

Our room was not as nice as we've had there before. Not as well maintained. Bathroom grout needs cleaning. Cockroahes. No USB outlets. Light next to bed needs repair - keeps turning off. Advised staff but it wasn't looked at while we were there. The staff are friendly and helpful overall.

The Hyatt Place is absolutely one of my most favorite hotel stays! Enjoyable stay. The bed, the room comfort, the cleanliness, the bathroom standing shower spacious and safe. I love that they have a washer and dryer on each floor, conveniently next to the elevators. The technology rooms, easy access. The lobby and staff were phenomenal great 10 out of 10.
