Customer service was awesome. The breakfast was top tier! For breakfast they have cereal, bread and pastries, waffle station, eggs, potatoes, and a omelette station where the chef makes the omelette to your liking and gives extra bacon and sausage and pancakes. The room was not the best. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the bed was hard. Everything else was alright. I expected a little more cleanliness and a comfy bed because this is an expensive hotel but it’s a hotel nonetheless.

Arrived late and was bumped to another hotel .i checked out and returned to Embassy Suites the daxt day and had to wait until 3 pm . I returned at 10 pm and the room was still not ready . After a shouting match between myself and a rude unapologetic receptionist . I was finally allowed a room which i had booked and paid in advance for . I do not recommend this hotel . The staff is unfriendly and rude . The environment at night is dark and feels unsafe .
