The check-in with Maria went seamless. She was very pleasant. She asked for floor preference and even offered sweet treats at the time of check-in. Would recommend this hotel 10/10 service.

This hotel was beautiful. The room are spacious and clean. The pool looked inviting and clean as well. The free breakfast is perfect with lots of items to choose from, including a waffle maker! We will continue to use this hotel when we're visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

Front desk staff was always top notch. Really good buffet breakfast and good coffee. The towels are NOT SOFT! And, there isnt a comfortable chair in the suite. Nor a toss pillow on the sofa. Housekeepers are great! Beautifully maintained grounds.

The staff was wonderful. Everything was wonderful. The only problem was at night. Our room never really got cold. We did tell them and I do believe they sent someone to check the unit while we were gone during the day. But the room was very lovely !
