"Wonderful 3 day stay in central hotel across from bus station and 300m to railway station. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and my room was spotlessly clean. Provide information for Pummakale at check in. Hotel provides two bottles of water in your fridge every day Only message to the hotel is you provide 2 small bars of soap and even though I used them once they are replaced when the room is cleaned which is just a waste, please just don't replace them "

"This is your basic room with no frills. Our room had the view on the mountains which was amazing. The host and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had very few options. Real coffee (instead of instant) would have been better. The water is very hard which makes your skin very dry and for the soap to sudd. The tv remote did not work well and sound could not be controlled."

"We really liked the amenities, the hotel has a nice indoor/outdoor pool and Turkish bath and nice hot spring (with separate indoor /outdoor pool). It really exceeded my expectation. The hotel included the breakfast and dinner, which basically will cover the whole day if you are OK having only 2 meals a day. Overall we enjoyed staying there, Thanks to all staff and management... "
