Beautiful end unit at the Watercrest!

The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the wraparound balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 queen beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV.

The living room couch folds out into a sleeper sofa.

Welcome to Watercrest gulf front Condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida. As elegant and beautiful as the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. Resort amenity highlights include a large, seasonally heated pool with expansive sun decks, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, racquetball court, and more. Inside your room you’ll enjoy tropical furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers... everything to make you feel at home. The master bedroom, guest bedroom, and the living room all have televisions for your enjoyment.

Room was very nice and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. We felt very safe at this place. Only minor thing
 we didn’t know that if you run out of your one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc you are on your own. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We recently spent our family vacation at this property. The check in process was extremely convenient and smooth. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated that! Beautiful view and very spacious balcony. The condo could definitely use an update on skillets and pans but that is really the only issue we ran into. The property manager responded very quickly to my emails/texts and that means a lot to me. Already missing the smell of that ocean air.

The pictures on the VRBO site show a table and chairs. There is no table to have a meal on. It also shows other furniture I believe a Shay’s chair, but there wasn’t any.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location! Quiet area and perfect to step out onto beach. Rooms are big and kitchen is spacious. Love the ease of the washer & dryer. Balcony has a great view! Very relaxing place. Only suggest new area rugs throughout to freshen it up!

Nice condo

Nice, clean and plenty of seating in living room . Kitchen was stocked well. We bought a can opener. It’s the only thing we couldn’t find !! Had refrigerator problem but it was pleasantly resolved and I thank you for that !! Good times at 1010 Watercrest !!

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the management company was great to to work with, they always responded to all my questions and concerns. The condo was in a great location, the balcony was amazing, and beach access was easy. Check in was a breeze, the wrist bands and parking passes were in the condo ready for us when we arrived. The carpet could use a cleaning and there are couple other little things that could be upgraded but it didn't effect our stay and you're at the beach. Who cares about carpet and the little things, especially after you see your view. We LOVED it and would stay again.

We loved our stay! The condo was very relaxing and felt like home. Only complaint was both showers drained very very slowly. Everything we needed was in there. Awesome view of beach and away from hustle and bustle of traffic.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in Panama City Beach.

I did not get my door code via email. I checked my email and junk mail and it was not in either. Not sure what happened, but the customer service person was great and very helpful.

Mediocre property

This condo has so much potential to be a great one but needs extensive cleaning and updating. When we arrived the process to check in was seamless and that was nice. However, when we got into the condo, the rug in the living room was filthy and the furniture was also quite visibly dirty. The carpet in the bedroom had fancy/gum stuck in carpet. The tub in the master would not drain. The view was amazing. The pool and beach were excellent. However, the furniture on the balcony was not as pictured. They had broken chairs and spindles that had caution tape wrapped around them because they were broken. This property would be wonderful with a little TLC and some updating. The staff were very prompt to address our concerns.

Not the greatest

Refrigerator leaked our entire stay. Did notify the management group to which they had notified the maintenance group and no one came to fix it. No follow up either. Railings had bent pieces on them with caution tape around them. Not a good idea to rent to people with a toddler running around and only caution tape up! Patio furniture is rusted out and wobbly. Stains on carpets and bed spreads. It made due for the week but not a great place to stay. The complex was good though. Great pool and great view. Just fix things up and put out non-stained carpets and bed spreads!

Nice room, but scary balcony

Room was very nice. Plenty of room for the family, but there were a couple issues. It is on the 10th floor and the railing is damaged in multiple spots on the balcony. There is caution tap wrapped around two spots, where the slats were bent or broken. The bedroom door going to the balcony wouldn't lock, so it was a stressful week. I would recommend the room for any family or group that doesnt have small children.

This unit was dated and not as clean as I expected. Carpet in common area was stained and caution tape on railing of balcony caused some concern. Love the Watercrest is a lovely building with a nice pool and deck area. Elevators and building very clean. Enjoyed the location with many good restaurants near by. Would not rent this unit again.

We arrived and were shocked.... The place had broken lamps, microwave, ceiling tiles, Balcony furniture was torn up,you couldnt even sit in the chairs ... The living room furniture was very dirty. The rugs and carpet extremly dirty. Even the dishes in cabinets were dirty and had debris in them. The beds had no mattress covers and are stained , They also were not very comfy. Pillows were stained and old. This condo is the worst condition , I ever have been to , I have been traveling for 30 years. The beach and pool area were very nice. loved the view from the balcony . The customer service was helpful, they tried to clean what they could , but overall it was not a good experience , While on vacation and trying to get things taken care of was very frustrating. I was there to relax , not worry about the condition of our home for the week.

Location and view are very nice. Right on the beach. Balcony chairs to table are broken down. Looks like you would fall through the seat and no lounge chairs as pictured. Would be great if balcony furniture was replaced. Couple small things need addressed like dripping sink, mold on shower curtain and outlet not functioning in master bed/bathroom.

Beautiful condo

This was our 4th time renting this condo. It is a very nice place to stay but I do have to say, improvements need to be made. New patio furniture is a must. What is there is broken or falling apart. The master bed needs a new mattress and the master bathroom sink has a constant drip. Again. I want to say it is a nice place it just needs a little updating.
