Spectacular Gulf View -5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom, 2 story home that sleeps up to 16 - with GREAT RATES!!

Welcome to our beautiful, furnished, well home . Located 1 mile from the beach walkover to Carillon Beach, you will find our custom designed beach home to be just perfect for beachcombers and families who like to relax. We offer the best value for large families and groups and have a nice, private pool, beautifully landscaped yard, and a family sized grill.

Although you will probably want to be outside most of the time soaking in the gorgeous beaches, pool, and environment, this house is set up with flat screen TV's and complete with a CD and DVD player - perfect for a rainy day in! And of course, complimentary WiFi is included!

On the first floor we have our complete kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with bar stools. To the side we have a dining room that seats six. The over-sized living room has sofas, love seats, and a queen size pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom is located on the first floor as well and has a King size bed and Jacuzzi as well as a stand in shower. There is also a large walk in closet along with an in unit laundry/washer/dryer. Guests do not have access to garage.

The second floor showcases 3 separate bedrooms, each with a King sized bed and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have large windows facing the Gulf!! The fifth bedroom is kid friendly with 2 separate bunk beds and one trundle bed, also equipped with a full bath.

Our home is located very close to Pier Park Mall, Publix and Windixie grocery stores, plenty of indoor and outdoor restaurants, eateries, and bars.

This is our third year to stay in this house. We have 12-14 every year and it fits us comfortably!! Communication with the owner is always quick and friendly. The pool is small but great for our kiddos. The house is just a few steps across the road to beach access. We really enjoy staying here and especially love the area because it’s much less busy than the condos in PCB!! Highly recommend a stay here!

Family vacation

The house has repairs that need tending to. The pool was dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned and was told someone would be there the next morning. It took 2 days before someone came. Not even a broom to sweep with. Have been home for a week and still haven't received my deposit back or heard anything about it. Our stay was not terrible. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend the house and would stay there again.

Where do I began,first of all it was 3 hours before check in and I could not get the door code to send to my family members who were arriving from other states, when we arrived water was dripping from the ceiling out of the vents, we then agreed to let a repairman come and we took time out of our vacation and the repair man did not show up, ants and roaches in the bathroom, cooking pa s were gross, we only had 4 forks in a 4 bedroom house, bulbs burned out all over the house, it is apparent the owner just wants to make money and does not care about your vacation very disappointing DONT STAY HERE,we have used vrbo many times always has a good experience in the past. Maybe vrbo needs to drop this place.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach. Perfect weather. Property could use some updates and new patio furniture that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star. But the property owner was very receptive and addressed all of our issues.

Labor Day Vacation

We have stayed in the property three years in a row for our annual Labor Day family vacation. We have 14 people, and we are always comfortable with plenty of space. The house is always clean and inviting and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. We were able to meet the owner, Nadir, this trip and he and his wife were super gracious and friendly. We look forward to staying again next year!

Family vacation

This is a great house for our family. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of being close to grocery stores and being able to walk to the beach. The pool is small, but everyone enjoyed the pool. The only issue that we had was that the coffee pot was not clean. We went out and purchased in an expensive coffee pot for the week.

So much was wrong with this house. We have never stayed here before but our regular house was rented out. Make sure you document everything wrong and broken in the house. The list will be extremely long but if you leave anything out they will charge you for it. They charged us $500 for a broken TV in one of the bedrooms that we did not break. I would be VERY LEARY if you decide to stay here.

Our Christmas on the beach

This home was amazing. We had 14 people in our family, 4 generations from 3 to 68 and it was perfect for everyone!! The view from the balcony was amazing every morning and the waves crashing the beach were so relaxing in the evenings. Just a short drive to downtown area and many little stores just around the corner. The beach was amazing and since it was Christmas there wasn't a lot of people so we had the whole beach to ourselves basically. Nadir is a great host we never had any issues but he was quick to check in with us and see if we needed anything. Already planning our trip back in the spring so the grandbabies can swim in the big water and try out that cool pool in the backyard 😊

Great Beach House on the West End

We had a great stay at this wonderful home! It was perfect for our family get together. Great location on the quiet west end for us. Grocery Stores only a couple of blocks away. The cross over to the beach was just 2 houses down and we could enjoy views of the water from the upper balcony. We didn't get into the pool as it was a little chilly for us in October, but was a perfect size to float around and keep the kids busy if you didn't want to hit the beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for privacy and if you have a large group that is perfect for getting ready quick. Dining area and eat in kitchen area as well so everyone can have a seat if you choose to eat in or play card games if it rains. Love it and if we bring a large group again we will definitely see if this house is available!

Sunnyside House

We have vacationed here 2 years in a row. We absolutely love the location
less crowded beaches, close to the beach (walking distance), private pool, and plenty of space for our large extended family of 15! The house is always clean when we arrive, and we usually have early check-in! Communication with the property manager is always quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Vacay Stay!!

Our group consisted of Dad, Mom (50's) 3 adult kids (19,25, 26), 1 grandchild (3) and Aunt (40's) Very welcoming feel when we arrived. 1 bedroom located on main floor which is perfect for those needing no steps. The 4 rooms upstairs were perfect sizes and fit our parties needs. The pool was perfect and kept that energized 3 year old wore out (he was always supervised). I loved that the property owners had baby proof devices on all doors heading out to the pool, since we had a child with us. We also had our furry familiy with us and found an amazing dog park just a few minutes away as well as a few others just a bit further. This home is perfectly located, close to shopping grocery and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great Location

This house is across the street but it’s a very short distance to the Public Beach walk way. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. Having the private pool was a special bonus. The decor is dated but the pictures reflect everything accurately. We had some initial issues with cleanliness and appliances but Zohra was extremely responsive and took care of everything quickly. She is excellent to work with! We would stay here again and highly recommend.
