Wake up ON THE BEACH at this luxury 2-bedroom, 2½-bath Gulf-front townhome with panoramic sunset views. Located in Ramsgate Harbour on the quiet west end of Front Beach Road, this two-level retreat offers private access to 550 feet of uncrowded white sand. Enjoy direct Gulf views from two balconies—including a sundeck off the primary bedroom. From sunrise to sunset, this beachfront escape delivers comfort, privacy, and unforgettable scenery.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Tucked inside the low-density and serene Ramsgate Harbour community, this two-level townhome is designed for guests who crave the sound of waves, the comfort of home, and the luxury of stepping straight onto sugar-white sand. With space for 6 guests, Beach at Your Feet blends modern coastal style with panoramic Gulf views, making it a peaceful and elevated retreat along Panama City Beach's exclusive west end.

This thoughtfully designed home features two private balconies: a walk-out beachfront balcony off the main living area and a private sundeck with two lounge chairs just off the upstairs primary bedroom—perfect for morning coffee or unforgettable sunset cocktails with uninterrupted views of the water.

Inside, the main level offers an open-concept layout with a spacious living area, flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and sliding glass doors that frame the beachfront scenery. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking essentials, and a dedicated dining area that makes meals and game nights a breeze. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite walk-in shower. The primary suite features a king bed and private balcony access, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed, twin XL, and ensuite bath. A pullout loveseat in the living room accommodates one additional adult guest comfortably. In-unit laundry adds to the convenience for extended stays.

This 2-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:

Parking:

After booking a stay at Ramsgate Harbour, guests are required to complete an online registration process, including a mandatory one-time vehicle registration fee of $36.35 (per vehicle). A vehicle registration link will be provided. It is essential that guests list the exact dates of their stay, as the HOA actively enforces towing for unauthorized vehicles.

Ramsgate Harbour offers unassigned parking in its generously sized lot. All parking is first-come, first-served. Guests bringing more than one vehicle must register each vehicle separately. Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.

About the Community/Property:

The Ramsgate Resort Area: Ramsgate is adjacent to 30A and away from the heavy tourism areas. Ramsgate offers some of the most secluded beachfront property in the area, while still being close to the Panhandle's finest restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. Totaling 66 units, Ramsgate Harbour is a lower density complex that boasts 550 feet of beach so the beach in front of the condos feels private.

Ramsgate Harbour features a gulf-front heated pool (seasonally), grilling areas, an outdoor restroom facility and covered parking directly beneath the building. Renters must know that the pool heater only is turned on when the average ambient temp gets above 70 because the heater can only raise the temp of the water about 10 degrees.

Contact Surf N Sun with your unit number and detailed contact information as well as to arrange payment. Either e-mail or call the business. To ensure chair setup, notify the attendant before 10am. In the event of severe weather, tropical storms, or hurricanes, Surf N Sun reserves the right not to set up.

Good, but could be better.

We loved the condo location. It has been renovated and most all of it is great. We had issues with the WiFi from day one and wasn’t fixed till day before we left, which was inconvenient as our cell service was also not very good there. It was only two of us in the condo, so when we found that the master bath had very very little water pressure, we were able to use the second bathroom. But if there had been more in our party, it would have been very inconvenient to have only one working shower. These were the only two problems with the condo.

Pros and cons of unit at Ramsgate.Pros would be the lot location, some of the best view's from the balcony, and not crowded at all. Really like how we don’t have to get out to beach early just to find good beach spot. for the location being near rosemary beach we love all the restaurants near by and the Publix is short walk. The unit was fully stocked on dishes and all kitchen items. Even had a k cup machine and toaster oven, those I find rare in rentals.It was mostly clean, except some minor food of sunflower seeds we saw around beds on floor when arrived. The unit air conditioning worked great, minor schedule cooling of 2 hour limits having to adjust temp so we wouldn’t wake up at night and temp go up to 74 degrees. that I messaged owner and they corrected. Know that the unit will not cool lower then 69degrees.The bathroom showers are great, updated, you do need to know that you can adjust water pressure in shower changing the setting on nozzle. However they do have mold you see on and around the air vents. Also know that there is carpet in both bedrooms upstairs, I probably wouldn’t book this unit again for this reason alone. Carpet in humid places holds moisture and upstairs you have a musky smell. If they change that out I would consider the unit again. Wish I would have realized this before booking. Also, it has a twin bed in the queen bedroom just fyi pictures don’t show it.
