***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right

***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.

***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store.
*Please be advised, that this is our private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service

*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
*Beach Chair Services in Panama City Beach are open and available from March - October .
*Splash Palisade bar and grill is available from March - October
*Absolutely no animals. The resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.
* No Smoking
* No parties in the unit are allowed
*Resort security cameras are located in hallways, pool decks, the garage, the gym, and other public areas. There is a Ring Doorbell camera located on the front door frame of the condo. There are NO cameras inside the condo.
**-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by a third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund to be issued.

***IMPORTANT: From early fall 2026 until late winter 2027 Splash will go under Southside Restoration Project. Bellow ple see note from Splash HOA:
"On Tuesday, Sept 8, 2026: C-Sharpe will mobilize and start work simultaneously on the East and West buildings. This work will not effect any unit balconies, for they will be on the west side of the West building and the east side of the East building. Only the Kiddie Pad will be closed.

On Monday, Oct 19, 2026: C-Sharpe will start putting overhead protection over the East Pool and Lazy River. They will be closed. The West Pool, Hot tub and Splash Pad will remain open.

Also on Oct 19th: C-Sharpe will start closing balconies on both sides."
