Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Footprints In the Sand Condo 1208W is located on the 12th floor in Calypso Tower 2. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. You must register with The Calypso Towers Resort Community Association, for your parking passes before arrival ($60 per pass, limit 2).and they will contact you via email regarding this resort fee. The parking garage is directly across the street with unassigned spots and a walk-over is located on the 3rd floor. This condo sleeps 8
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum garage height is 6’10”. The clearance height leading from the first level ramp to the second level and above is 6’7”

VENDOR BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED! Your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach for reservations 03/01-10/31. The condo has more beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use.
