1 Set of Free Beach Chairs & Large Umbrellas Included in Summer & Fall Season from 3/1 until 10/31 weather and beach conditions permitting. A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Great location, unit need some maintenance and updating. The air conditioner went out twice on the stay, was able to get it going the first time but not the second. Spent last two nights in an 80 degree room, no one ever showed up to fix it or called to inform us of that. Communication is an issue here. Loose floor tiles in master bath, mattress needs replacing, and toilet seat broken in hall bath. Perfect location though, walk to almost anything you need and the resort itself is very nice. Will stay at Calypso again but not in this unit.

Family vacation 2025

Overall we had a good vacation. Location was amazing, check in/check out was fine. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Unit was stocked and had almost anything we needed. The main bed is way past time to be replaced. The mattress has a huge hump in the middle from being worn down so bad so sleeping on it was challenging. Also, the headboard continuously knocked against the wall. Unit could use some updating and has loose tiles in master bath. The couches and chair could also be deep cleaned or replaced. Our 2nd night there I could not get the unit to cool off below 74-76, I replied to the text that I received when we arrived and just got the standard reply from being OOO on weekend and then there was no follow up or response at all even during working hours. I turned AC off and let it sit and then back on and it seemed to cool off the next day and we had no further issues after that. Would return to Calypso again, but would look for another unit to stay until some upgrades or repairs are made here.

Spring Getaway

The room was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed. Love the Calypso resort and it's a short walk to Pier Park so you don’t have to drive to shop or eat. Highly recommend and our host responded quickly to any questions.

Beautiful view

This property, I think was exactly as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was perfect for two people or even a small family. The couch slip cover needs to be replaced, I had to put a comforter on it to sit. It was definitely dirty. The beach is great and the tiki bar had goods drinks.Getting to and from the parking garage with all our stuff was kind of a pain, but manageable. Overall, a good stay.

Immediately upon arrival, was met by two maintenance men offering help/directions. Instructions on e-mail traffic was accurate and easy to follow. Opened room easily. Very clean and tidy. Weather outside was chilly making the temperature inside hard to maintain warmth. Impressive kitchen cooking tools and eating utensil stock. Great location

Overall the building is in a fantastic location to Pier Park. Beautiful views of the Gulf and the pier. The unit could use a deep clean but overall a great place. We didn’t realize until we got there that the bedroom is on the street side not the gulf side so it was a bit louder than we would have liked.

Construction

The condo was clean & exactly as described! No complaints on the condo but however there was construction going on and 2 pools shut down and I was never informed because I would have canceled had I known! The noise was so loud at our room but also on the beach! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 70th bday! So disappointed!!! Communication would have been nice!

Fun family vacation

We all had a wonderful time. Accommodations were just as advertised; the beach was excellent! They provided more than enough towels and even sand toys. The only complaint was lack of paper towels and toilet paper, one roll per bathroom wasn’t enough. They should at least provide an extra roll in the cabinet.

We enjoyed our stay at 2-407w. I did notice that the main bathroom had some damage on the bottom of the vanity and some of the floor tiles seem to move or make noise when walked on. Also the light out front didn’t work and the tan light in the master didn’t work. But overall great stay

Nice location

Apartment very very clean well equipped they have a blender too. Location is right next to the Pier where the shops are. Got 2 sun beds with umbrella, only thing is the beds are too close to each other, they correct that the last day we stayed. Friendly guy at the office, there’s no bbq outside the apartment complex like others. To go back to get the car you have to go to level 3 and go across the road to the other building. You can not be drunk here because you get lost. Complex is very clean too.

Pictures are pretty accurate of property. However, housekeeping seems to be slacking some. Both bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. We weren’t able to use the bathtub for our small children due to black chunks falling out of faucet. Hall bathroom smelled like urine and shower was yellow. The lights in the bedroom and living room were all blown and never replaced ( we requested that the day of check in). There is absolutely no where to un- pack suitcases. So if space is what you are looking for, this unit is not for you. There is only one small dresser with very shallow drawers.
