Views to die for! Beachfront updated 2nd floor 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that's a perfect romantic getaway for a couple whether it's your honeymoon or 50th anniversary.
The unit will accommodate up to 4 people with a queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Unit comes complete with a kitchen, with quartz countertops, where you can cook all your meals. or forget the cooking and enjoy the fabulous restaurants that PCB has to offer.
Sunbird offers 3 Pools (one heated), and a gym.

IMPORTANT - HOA RULES. At least one rental guest must be 25 or older and stay the duration of the reservation. HOA are checking IDs and refusing entry arrivals that do not meet this requirement.
Maximum of 5 occupants in unit, sleeping 4 occupants

Little piece for Paradise.

Communication with Roger was amazing. He was there to answer questions when I had them. The view was amazing. And the beach with the chair service was the best thing. I didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return next year.

We were very pleased with the look and feel of the condo. The whole process was an easy as it could be! The view of the Gulf was good and the free beach chairs and umbrella was icing on the cake! Wish the second elevator was working but the waits were not too bad. The only thing that we were a little uneasy about was that Georgia had their spring break during the time we chose to come down but the property was well protected by security.
