New to Management! Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental nestled right on the serene lagoon. With 2000 square feet of spacious living, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living with our enclosed back porch and an open porch equipped with ceiling fans, a TV, and a BBQ grill.

Boat: Boat is not available for renters directly (For pictures only). However, you will have the dock space for your own boat

Outdoor Amenities:
Lapless Pool & Hot Tub: Unwind in the shaded lapless pool or soak in the hot tub on the deck, perfect for both day and night relaxation.
Water Activities: Two paddle boards and two kayaks are included with your rental, offering endless fun on the lagoon.
Fishing: Cast a line right off the dock (with a proper fishing license) and experience the joy of lagoon fishing.

The property was amazing! The guts of the house does need some renovations. The breaker blew by the kitchen multiple times, the kitchen sink backed up and the hot tub jets kept blowing the fuse as well. The maintenence man was very nice but he shouldn't have had to come 3 times within 7 days. The neighbors dogs also would relieve themselves in the front and back yards for us to clean up each day. Otherwise my kids loved the kayaks, fishing and swimming when we were there. The inside was very spacious and accommodated the 7 of us well.

Great location

Great location and very clean.. place has everything thing you need from cooking in kitchen to outdoors.. cozy beds, but the. Hot tub never worked nor did the lapless pool it was green upon arrival but cleared up the next day but chemicals were too strong to get in by day three it was better. I was told by a gentleman I would be compensated for the pool and hot tub not working but nobody has reached out yet
