This stunning beachfront vacation rental condo located in Tower 3 of Edgewater Beach Resorts boasts one of the most amazing oceanfront views of the Emerald waters of the Gulf Of Mexico you can find in Panama City Beach. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the den and dining area of Unit 802 offer breath-taking views for the entirety of your stay.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with access to the private master bath. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to the units second bathroom. The living room also has a cabinet bed for two.
The views from the beachfront balcony are stunning as you relax to begin your vacation day with an amazing sunrise or wrap the day up with a captivating sunset over the Emerald waters.
Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.

PCB Spring Break 2k25

The Edgewater property was very nice with multiple pools, hot tubs, access to club, and easy beach access. It is a very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Our condo had a great beachfront view with nice furniture, spacious living area and kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were a good size with closet space. Would definitely stay here again. One thing we noticed was that the fire alarm and sprinkler in the kitchen are very close to the oven range and we set off the fire alarm twice using the oven to cook breakfast. May want to look into having property move them if possible. Everything else was great!!!

we've been going to Edgewater PCB for 2 decades and this was the best overall ....... great communication, prompt response to questions, condo was super clean and smelled great, decor and furniture was all fresh great condition and top notch.
