Edgewater Tower 3 804 is a delightful Panama City Beach, FL vacation condo with one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and space for up to four guests. This is a very nice place although the dishwasher "acted up" a couple of times. However, there was good responses from management. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of the ocean especially from the bedroom. Southern Vacation Properties emailed and also told us over the phone that chairs and an umbrella come with the rental, however, the services on the beach did not have it on the list. Not sure of the miscommunication between the two, but the beach rep accomodated us well anyway. Loved the view and location. Master bathtub and mirror could use a slight remodel but for the price, we were happy. Southern Vac Properties was great with check in and communication directly with us.

Mother daughter weekend

My daughter graduated college and I wanted to take her on a beach get away trip before she started her new job. I chosen this location for all the options. Several pools, hot tubs, restaurants and bars on location. We didnt have to leave. I also felt safe. Everyone who works Edgewater was courteous and helpful. The property rental company who manages the location can be reached 24/7 and they are answer right when you call. I will keep this place in my to go back list and also recommend to my mom friends.

The most relaxing trip

We’ve been going to Panama City for about 25 years now and have stayed at lots of places I have to give this place a five star for cleanliness Everything was perfect. Even the bed was wonderful. It was so comfortable. It was hard to get out of bed some mornings! The couches were comfortable. Our view of the sunset was beautiful being able to use beach chairs free was wonderful. We saved a lot of money by not having to pay for the rentals. Everything about this place was perfect. we will definitely be going back next year. I will say it would be perfect for four people also because it has two full bathrooms. There’s lots of room in the condo! We never needed to contact Southern living for anything during our stay. Everything was just perfect.!! Thank you for making everything wonderful

Everything was great, but we did not know we had to check in twice. We check into our room but not the parking spot, but we love our experience once we got settled in.

The unit was very clean and we loved the view out of all of the windows and on the balcony. We were able to cook with the kitchen supplies provided and the washer and dryer were so nice to have. The place was even bigger than what it looked like in the pictures, especially the bedroom. We would recommend this unit. Any issues we had were with Edgewater (not the unit). The trash chute wasn't working, so trash piled up and employees were using the elevators to haul numerous trash bags down. Also, for the majority of our stay, only 1 elevator worked, which caused significant delays. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beach was beautiful. Edgewater needs to be on top of the maintenance issues, but this unit was great.
