Didn’t get the room I booked. Manager Brittney was extremely rude about it. After I questioned how this situation could have happened. I was told that they overbook sometimes, then I was told that I could leave if I wanted since my card wasn’t ran yet. The young guy who was waiting on us seemed so uncomfortable. She finally said she would waive our resort fees. A simple apology to begin with would have sufficed, instead she got mad at us because they overbooked.

Amazing stay

This place is so nice! The outdoor pool is amazing! They leave a couple bags of popcorn and bottle water in your room which is a nice little welcome gift. The room has so many usb plug ins and charger areas. The beds were comfy and the room was perfect for my family of 5. We enjoyed it so much! The breakfast in the mornings was amazing too. The staff were super accommodating.

Every worker, staff member was excellent, Nashia ,Parker,Jose. These people were amazing‼️the guys who fixed our breakfast- omelette , did a great job. The thing that was bad, was the fact that we couldn’t stay longer‼️ we will return next year. Thank you.

We are frequent stayers of embassy suites. We checked in at 4, however we didn’t get a room until 6. Made things difficult due to our dog being with us. The reservation was messed up and had us arriving a day later. However the reservation and confirmation was for the day we got there. All was settled. Parking for 5 days is $100. Which it’s nice you can park yourself vs the valet service they have always used.
