What is "transportable"? Two beach loungers that can be placed anywhere on our beach with an umbrella! Like sitting near the water's edge? Our beach attendant can now set you up there with our new transportable chairs!

We are so excited to offer this newly purchased and renovated condo for others to enjoy! It has been a joy to pour my heart and soul into it to create the perfect vacation getaway! I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! We basically started from scratch. Practically everything is brand new!

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 21th floor. A reserved parking space is located on the 3rd floor of the building. No more hassle hunting for a parking space! (One time $40 parking fee is not included in the rental amount.)

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size beds in both bedrooms. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs, and two chaise loungers. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Beautiful condo on 21st floor with spectacular ocean views!

The condo is beautifully furnished and perfectly situated on the 21st floor with a huge balcony featuring multiple seating options that provide ideal views of the gorgeous colored ocean and sugar colored sand that make Panama City Beach such a spectacular vacation destination. Management was great to work with and prompt in all communications. We enjoyed having the beach chair annd umbrella service, as well as the reserved parking space. Plenty of great restaurant options in the area. Overall, it was a fabulous, relaxing stay and we definitely will be back again.

Cleanliness is next to godliness.

A squeaky clean and meticulously maintained condo welcomed us to PCB. It came with lovely decor both inside and out on the balcony. Weather beautiful, good food and much welcoming relaxation made it a home run hit!

Beautiful condo , very clean and comfortable. Start up supplies more than adequate and updated bathrooms were appreciated. My sister has RA so the walk in shower was a bonus. Balcony furnishings were so comfortable and dried quickly after rain.

Amazing experience!!!

The place was clean, beautiful, and fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and just about anything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The view off the balcony was spectacular. We had an amazing time!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation!!

Great condo!

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. Perfect! It had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We all slept great from our very first night there. The owner, Helen, was great! We contacted her once due to a couple light bulbs that were out. She responded immediately and had housekeeping come up and replace the bulbs. Clean condo. It was great to be able to use the owners parking space on the third floor of the condo. Also, included was the beach setup which was two chairs and an umbrella. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay at Emerald Isle. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite place and we spent most of our time there. The beach chairs were great and made heading down to the beach much easier. Helen is always so good to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Better than expected!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Listing photos are extremely accurate. The massive balcony was much better than most other condos in the area. All furniture in the unit was in fantastic condition. The only thing we could see that could use some improvement would be some new towels. The current ones are showing their age. We went to the store and picked up a few for the trip. Other than that everything was amazing and we absolutely would stay here again. The property owner was also extremely helpful. Beach access is extremely close and easy with no stairs. We've stayed in PCB on many different occasions and this was most certainly one of our favorite units and the best condo building yet.

What a Wonderful Week!!

This was our second time staying at Emerald Isle, but first in this unit. It was beautiful, had everything we could possibly need. The bed was great, bed pillow, a little flat, but we forgot our own so what do you do? I loved the balcony with all of the different seating options, and actually took a couple of naps out there. So peaceful! I will say, I liked the old beach chair service a little better, as they were more comfortable. It was really great to have parking in the building instead of across the street. Overall, we'll come back and look for one of Helen's properties when we do so.

We have stayed in condos on the Gulf for many years and this was, without question, the best condo at this price; in fact, we have payed more for other condos that were nowhere near the quality of this property. The location is wonderful. All the staff at the condo made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful. 21st floor is amazing for the view of the ocean life and sunset. The owner of the condo is extremely nice and wonderful as well. I couldn't have had a better experience! I highly recommend!
