This Gulf-front one-bedroom condo features a comfortable king bedroom, convenient hallway bunks for children, and stunning views of the Gulf. In 2025, we completed several updates, including shiplap throughout the condo, fresh paint, and bathroom improvements. We regularly invest in our properties and are always looking for ways to make our guests' experience even better.

- Shopping Convenience: Less than a mile from Carousel Market and under 2 from Winn Dixie Grocery/CVS for all your vacation needs. You'll appreciate that Celadon is close to the action, but away from the crowds.

- Explore Nearby: Explore Pier Park, enjoy nearby state parks, or take a short drive to the scenic beaches of South Walton along Highway 30-A.

- King Bedroom/Cozy Hall Bunk, 2 bath unit: With a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a hall bunk for the little ones, our condo very comfortably sleeps 4 – all in beds.

- Sleep in Bliss: Experience ultimate comfort with the new Purple brand mattress in the Master bedroom. We want you to wake up refreshed and ready for another day of vacation.

- Climate Control & Cozy Nights: Enjoy a breeze with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. An additional portable fan is provided for those who enjoy white noise. Extra throw blankets and pillows add to the cozy atmosphere. We understand that everyone has their own comfort preferences. Therefore, we allow our guests control of the thermostat (to a low of 68 degrees), ensuring your accommodation is tailored to your liking.

Booking Information:

- Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
- HOA Policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6
- No Pets allowed
- No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.
- Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay (as of 1/1/24).
- E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
- Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
- A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.
