GULF FRONT UNIT w/ KING BEDS IN THIS LUXURY TREASURE ISLAND CONDO!

**2020/21 updates include new sleeper sofa, new AC system, new bedding, new appliances: microwave, stove and dishwasher.** Enjoy your vacation on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, including Gulf of Mexico water views from the minute you walk in the door.

This beautiful condo sleeps 8 and features a large 29’ long balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

King sized beds in both bedrooms. Additional sleeping available on twin bunk beds and the sleeper sofa. See the water as you wake up and enjoy the beautiful sunsets each night! Visitors will enjoy clean and luxurious furnishings and upscale beach decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, cooking gadgets, cookware and serving dishes. Linens and towels provided.
(BYOBT-Bring your own beach towels).

The unit also has 2 full bathrooms, living room, large dining table, plus breakfast bar area.

Full size washer and dryer included.

The Resort amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, snack bar (in season) and several restaurants within walking distance. What a great place to stay for your vacation! FAMILIES WELCOME!

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE.

The Treasure Island Resort front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. The Treasure Island Resort’s parking policy allows for 2 vehicles. Each additional vehicle over 2 will incur a $100 parking fee if space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the TI Resort directly. Our rental group is not able to override or negotiate the parking fees. If this beautiful condo is not available for your selected dates, we do have other low, middle, and high floor condos available at Treasure Island Resort. Please inquire.

We could not determine the unit number from the documents sent. The property personnel could not give us our unit number. It took several messages and frustration to receive the number from the management group. It was on the document, but it was not listed as the "unit" number. The property was nice and spacious, but it was not very well maintained. We swept piles of sand and "stuff" from the floor. We asked for it to be cleaned, and it was cleaned promptly. Several light bulbs were burned out, and other minor repairs need to be made. The beds were comfortable, but the furniture in the living room was not. We did not feel like we were on vacation and expected more.

Amazing, so much more than expected

From the moment we arrived the place, we knew, would become one of “our special places”. The view of the water was unmatched. The condo was spotless and ready to host our adventure. The furniture was so comfy, sheets and towel soft. The neighborhood was quiet and yet a major beach bar is loess than a 1/2 block away. We had a dog with us and the ease of getting to the facilities was very convenient. Overall from booking to check was

Super nice condo that is very spacious. Had Plenty of items needed such as hangers, utensils, towels, etc. Upon arrival, floors could have been cleaner - gritty and left feet black. Overall it was a great condo.

Family getaway

Scheduled a little family vacation/downtime. We wanted to just get away and relax and have some family time. It was exactly that. We hung out in condo and beach. Guys enjoyed a day of deep sea fishing with Justin leake (chasin the Sun) and girls enjoyed shopping at pier park. Was exactly what we wanted. Condo was beautiful and was on the 12 th floor where we enjoyed sunsets and watching sea creatures from the balcony. We have been going to treasure island for 15 yrs and never disappoint lbs. feels like home!

Fun

The staff at Treasure Island were very impressive they were nice friendly and always had a smile. The condo was clean and enjoyable. Condo needs a can opener and maybe softer beds but overall a wonderful family place to visit.

Nice condo in great area

The condo was very nice and clean. The location was great and wasn’t too crowded. The only thing I disliked was I was not notified there would be construction on the building, and it was very loud at times and difficult to relax with workers around. I emailed the managers when I arrived and did not receive a response regarding the construction. The condo, however, was great.

Beware of Hidden Costs w/Pets

There are hidden “resort HOA” fees for pets; cost me an extra $280. Also, if arriving at night, the complex is not well marked as to the name “Treasure Island”. We had to stop at a gas/convenience store in order to find it. The next morning we saw the name on the front top left of the parking garage. Cannot see it at night. Other than that, we loved the privacy of the location and would stay here again.
