Right on the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean. Large balcony for viewing the sunsets. Kitchen was completely stocked with every kitchen gadget you can think of, and a blender in addition to spices and dry goods for use. There was a traditional coffee pot with filters for use and then a Keurig for use that came with 4 pods. Plenty of zip-lock bags, foil and parchment paper. Dishwasher and laundry were great. The kitchen table sits 4 with 3 counter stools for additional seating. The bunk beds are in the hallway between the front door and the kitchen so if your a light sleeper that might be an issue, but the grand kids didn't care. There is a ice maker in the refrigerator that we turned on and used the entire time. There were 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods, 4 tall kitchen trash bags and 2 generic laundry detergent packets that we started our stay with from the host. There were several games, pool floats, and sand toys that were there for us to use, along with 2 small beach chairs and one umbrella. There were usb traditional, type c, and plug in outlets in the living room, bedroom and kitchen that we used and left all our stuff packed ... just needed the cords. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows for everyone to have 2 or more. There were also 2 sets of binoculars for you to use as well as flashlights for night time exploring. If your going to take lots to the beach bring a wagon or buy one.
